I used to complete e-rewards surveys very regularly - check my account history.
Over the last 12 to 18 months my experience has drastically deteriorated and I get rejected at varying stages in about 85% of the surveys that I attempt to complete. This needs to seriously improve.

Interesting surveys and fair reward. Some surveys freeze. Part way through and some have quite lengthy qualifying questions so that you are part way through before it closes - frustrating when this happens

Excellent platform for earning Avios through surveys.
I've really enjoyed using this company's survey platform. It's straightforward, easy to navigate, and offers a great variety of surveys that match my profile. Absolutely love this app, Downloaded it over a year ago and I’ve earned many thousands of nectar points, which I then use to make purchases at Christmas from Argos. Would definitely recommend!

So simple play games anytime and get rewards what could be better .

Great turnaround from survey to getting the points in my nectar account.

Dreadful, surveys gather all the data they want, then claim you've been "screened out" - at 99% complete just before they have to award you the points.
Customer service is a complete joke, no matter what the complaint you get one of 2 or 3 stock answers. The whole setup is a complete con designed to steal points from participants and maximise e-rawrds profits. I have moved to a much better survey provider

I have closed the account, I got really fed up of too many monotonous questions, and then near the end of the survey get rejected for not been in their target group.
It strikes me that they are potentially getting the data for no reward.

Love the surveys , opens your mind to so many different aspects of what is taking place around us in all walks of life. The surveys cover so many different subjects and while you express your knowledge and experiences you also get so much more back. The nectar reward is a great bonus for your time but the fact that your opinion does matter and will help is a great way to use your time and knowledge.

Good way to earn nectar points! Not a five star due to some surveys are very long for not much reward. Also when you complete most of the survey and it cuts off saying you’re not suitable.

The surveys are always interesting and you actually feel you are part of a team.

Its relatively easy to transfer Points to Avios.

E-rewards is a great way of earning points quickly that can be redeemed for Nectar points. When you redeem your points they quickly appear as money to spend on your Nectar card. So far I’ve earned around £40 which has really helped pay for my weekly shopping.
The surveys are really easy to answer and don’t take too long.

they shut my account down after 15 years stating that my surveys were not honest. the last time i carried out a survey was 9 months ago and they stated that 'in a recent survey' but could not tell me how recent. i still have points that they will not honor to send over to me

Exchanging my erwards points is easy and a good selection

Really clunky, a lot of times the surveys do not track. I raised this and got a generic "that isnt the case" give up and nothing requested they delete my account as its just a waste of time and effort. The mechanics of each survey are slow and frustrating as well. Its just not user friendly
