Great way to get extra Nectar points for doing a few surveys that can be done daily if you have the time

E-rewards, great site for surveys and collecting Nectar points so easy

The surveys are engaging, although some of them feel overly general and repetitive over time. Points can be redeemed quickly, but more rewarding ‘Bonus offers’ would be appreciated, especially for those in the highest tiers of the program.

I enjoy passing the time with e rewards with most of the surveys quite interesting. The rewards are good and add up quite quickly. I have been using e rewards for a number of years and, until recently, had rarely suffered by the commonly reported problem of not receiving the promised because of quotas being filled 99% into the survey, or when the last question is completed, the survey simply ends with nothing awarded.
This, now, is becoming far more frequent. Such a shame for a mostly trusted system.

Excellent way to collect pints. Occasionally slow response. Why can’t my details be filled in for each survey once I’ve logged in. E.g. age, income, postcode eyc

I appreciate the interesting surveys, especially since the topics frequently change. However, I’ve given it 4 stars because it would be great if we could modify the loyalty point redemption scheme without resetting the badge level scheme from scratch. Additionally, unlocking more bonus points would enhance the experience.

I have earned a lot of rewards from this site (they are generous with the amount you get for completing surveys.) The only issue is like other have stated that sometimes you fill out nearly all the survey and then it times out or stops you getting the reward. However I have found the support team are very helpful if you message them and normally look into it and compensate you for your time!

Excellent survey company, I have earned on much more than I expected to and because it's part of nectar I completely trust it.

Surveys are easy enough to use and complete and points are very helpful in the current economic climate. Much like many other reviews the biggest frustration is surveys that time out when they are 90+ complete. Sadly same as many other survey sites so I guess it's a common glitch that just takes up your time for no reward

I have been doing surveys with e-Rewards for about 5 or 6 years at least and overall, they are very reliable.

Sadly, there are still several surveys that will let you answer 10-12 minutes of questions or even get to 99% complete and then screen you out which is beyond frustrating and annoying and just seems wholly unfair.
Being screened out should never need to take more than a few questions, and certainly not up to 99% completion of a survey for it to then vanish at the point you are entering final classification info like age/ethnicity etc.
This is something that has been happening throughout my time as a respondent and is some kind of software glitch/bad survey writing.
It happened again today - a survey that after ten mins or so resulted in only 10 points/not the 150 point reward stated, despite getting to the final screen and saying I was 95% complete. There is no easy way to track what the survey was, because the descriptions of surveys are very vague e.g. business/social topics/wellness/entertainment etc. I think it would be useful for users if every survey shown in our survey history tab on the website had better identifiers, e.g. a short code or description (eg sports 24/banking 123) that would at least help feedback to e-Rewards when issues occur and help them track patterns of issues. Ideally a link next to each survey that would offer the chance to report an issue with it. So that is the reason for my 4 star rather than 5 star rating.

Now for the positives. They make it easy to convert survey rewards into nectar points and they generally appear in my nectar account within a few days. The handful of times I have emailed about survey or bonus point offers not working, I have had fairly prompt and helpful responses within a few days. They do have fairly regular bonus points offers and on the whole, the majority of the surveys are not super repetitive - occasionally - yes, - but on the whole, fairly decent screening out and relevant topics.

Excellent company to deal excellent rewards and always willing to sort your problems

Used to be good site but now they've introduced this new Veriff system is extremely pointless and hard to complete with any success. Live in the UK; so we don't use resident certificates that I know of. Will only take valid passports and driving license. My work ID doesn't seem any good for this bizarre system either.
Can't access my rewards or redeem them and the staff seem reluctant to help. What bright monkey thought up this pathetic way to claim rewards. Many other survey companies don't use this procedure. I shan't be using their services for long if this useless system continues with e-rewards.

Been using them for a little while now... plenty of questionaires to do, and had quite a payout over the last few months... payment (nectar points) is usually the next day.. really quick and easy.

I have been a member for longer than i can remember no longer can access my account because of this new totally irrelevant Verify thing They have introduced now i cannot access my account or redeem rewards.
This Verify obstocol is another of these nosey bar stewerd sites that is going to sell your info for gain.

THEY LOST 6000 OF MY POINTS THEY WERE SENT TO HILTON HONOURS ON THE 12/9/2023. HILTON NEVER RECIVED THEM , I BEEN A MEMBER FOR SOME TIME NOW, BUT THIS IS END. NO WONDER THEY DONT HAVE A TELEPHOE NUMBER.

I have been a member of e-Rewards panel for over 8 years and reached Diamond status but this seems not to bother them with their latest problem.
Everything was fine until they introduced that Veriff thing to verify accounts when redeeming rewards. I get so far and get your mobile verification is complete but then when I put the telephone number in the next stage of their Veriff process I get told "You have entered an invalid phone number too many times. Please wait 10 min and try again" - I have been doing that for the past EIGHT DAYS and getting nowhere with their Help.
