Bought a set of 3 punches for £29. Expected reasonable quality for almost £10 each but they are poor, no better than cheap amazon stuff. Told non-refundable. Poor attitude, poor customer service, wouldn't use again.

I ordered a gemsparkle box, only thing i received was an email to say that the order is placed.

No tracking, no further details. Live chat or phone doesn't work. I just lost £500.
Avoid at all costs, and on companies house the company was dissolved in 2021. Wonder why their website is still active. SCAM SCAM SCAM

In the beginning, I receive a message that they tried to contact me, but I was not available. This never happened then finally I find the product I go pick it up. I come home and he’s not working. I sent you guys message and one of your working guy text me back oh there is no issue. You can go fine. The technical people of our company and they will fix your issue is this is a joke or what either you send me a new machine or you give me my money back, please

After searching ebay looking for a tester for gold and finding one for almost £1400 i thought id search about . I found the exact same one for a fraction of the price from a genuine distributor and some robbing toerag was charging over 3 times the price. Arrived very quick and seems to do what it os supposed to do . So overall i am very happy.my only gripe is that it does not do silver unlike the trustimatrix, but that is £1200 and hard to get without preorderin.

Excellent delivery, excellent packaging, kept me updated all the way, the only little complaint I had if any was I couldn’t take any extra guarantee out on it. But that still won’t stop me shopping with you in the future as I absolutely love your products. Thank you so much Dynagem.

The site allowed me to order an item. It was then later cancelled because it was not in stock and I had to wait a week for the refund.

Placed order and paid for there item back on the 28th December. Heard nothing since.

Ordered a tool paid for item.
Less than 24hrs later I had email saying order cancelled and refund will be issued.
Refund is still pending.

I compared the prices of a Bergion 16200 bushing machine and some companies were charging £4,995 for exactly the same item with exactly the same accessories the Dynagem were selling for £1999.00. Why do some companies way over charge? I’ll never know. Before anyone asks.it was for exactly the same item and parts in the same case and brand new. All I can say is a big well done and thank you to Dynagem! It arrived very quickly also.

We ordered our photo box almost three weeks ago and still haven’t received it . After a week or so we received an email to say there was a two week delay but since then nothing . This is an expensive item and I expected to at least be given an accurate timeline . I keep been sent emails to review an item I’ve yet to receive but nothing to let me know when it might arrive . I k ow these things happen but I think it would be a better service if you provided more information about when it would arrive
