I didnt like the cars this time as it had no sensors or camera so parking was not assistested at all, but thats the only time out of 3 i didnt like the car.Plus it was over winter holidays so during a very busy period

Foarte receptivi in toate privintele ,tot timpul foarte usor de preluat masina ,nu astepti absolut deloc sa fi preluat de ei de la aeroport ,tot timpul masiniile sunt foarte curate ,
Nu am avut niciodata nici-o problema cu masiniile ,si credetima ca am avut luni in care am venit si de 2...3 ori in romanaia
Succes la cat mai multr inchirieri si tineti-o tot asa ,baietii angajati sunt super toti

Tutto bene, come sempre! Ovviamente facendo l'assicurazione casco... Paghi di più, ma stai tranquillo! Siamo stati i primi a consegnare la macchina, nella nuova sede... Abbiamo fatto un po' fatica a trovare, ma alla fine siamo riusciti. Per il resto, ottimo servizio!

Great communication with them, polite and helpful agent that waited for us in the parking when collecting and dropping the car although it was Christmas. Car was clean and in good condition. We did not know (it mentions in the contract but did not read it) - car needs to be returned in the same cleaning condition inside/outside as when it was collected otherwise there is a fee. We really appreciate agent did not charge us for this and definitely we will be booking again with them.

Totul în regulă mai puțin conversația cu domnul care mi-a predat mașina. Am simțit în conversația cu dânsul că dacă nu iau cu asigurare completă îmi voi pierde depozitul de 1500 de euro. Pot să o pun pe seama că încearcă să vândă, dar parcă a fost prea mult. În rest totul foarte bine.
