Free fitness class at Carleen Village Hall
I would recommend the fitness class at Carleen Village Hall on a Monday. Plenty of space to enjoy various exercises with Marie who is a brilliant instructor.
This is a class which will cater for all abilities.
Best of all its free!! Plus tea and biscuits afterwards 😋

Wonderful walk, very well run
I recently enjoyed a guided woodland walk with Laura and Marie. Both ladies were welcoming and friendly, and they looked after us well throughout the walk. Before any stretch that might have been challenging they checked that we were all comfortable to proceed, with no pressure at all.
We had some good laughs, saw some lovely natural features of the woodland and took our time to make sure we missed nothing of interest.
I came away from the walk cheerful and relaxed, which is a gift at this tense time in the world.
I really can't fault Duchycollectivecic on the basis of the event I attended, and look forward to enjoying more of their activities.

I went to the Carleen fitness for…
I went to the Carleen fitness for movement for the first time on the 16th March and found it was a relaxed class with gentle stretching and coordination exercises and Marie was very welcoming

Budock’sbuzzing on a Wednesday!
I have just started the over 55 exercise class at Budock village hall with Marie. She is a calm and welcoming instructor who gently encourages everyone to do what they can. Her helpful explanations make you more aware of how to focus on your own specific needs which is great. We all have a good laugh and it’s an opportunity to get out and meet new people which helps your mental health too. I thorough enjoy going each week. Thank you Marie.

I love these classes at Carleen with Marie. I leave the class energised and would recommend to anyone that wants to get their body moving. All abilities are catered for.

Fun exercise for free.
I love and look forward to doing these keep fit sessions. It’s fun and everyone can take part or not it’s entirely up to your capabilities but no one expects anything of you. Marie is such an inspiring leader who encourages you to do as much as you can.
You can make new friends and can have coffee or tea and biscuits afterwards. These are free sessions and I for one, feel very grateful

Perfect work out for over 55s
This is an excellent class for the over 55s. Gentle exercises to help keep your joints mobile , improve your balance and strengthen your core but you are able to step up the rate if you want to. Marie is a brilliant instructor, makes everyone welcome, suggests alternative movements if you struggle with any of them. A good way to meet people as well

Fun Fitness
Marie Griffiths makes the fitness activities fun and inclusive. I am finding the exercises good to do at home and look forward to the next class.

Marie is friendly and informative
Although I’ve only attended one session so far I thoroughly recommend attending one of Marie’s classes. She is friendly and informative and offers different options depending on your level of movement ie standing or chair exercises and she plans to increase the activity amount as the weeks go forward relating to the ability of those attending. It was also lovely to stay for a cuppa after and meet new people with the same mindset who want to get a little fitter.
