Had a fantastic experience with Martina as my coach on one of her 8wk shreds, and I'd wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone wanting to make a lifestyle change. Her feedback after the weekly check in was always in depth and always what I needed to hear to keep me motivated. Martina is an excellent coach. I signed up for her 8-week shred for fat loss and couldn’t be happier with the results. I’m really impressed how quickly we achieved visible results and how fun the whole process was. No starving or inflexible meal plans involved, just lots of education about nutrition, macros and exercise - all built to fit in with my busy lifestyle. Martina creates a wonderful experience for her clients, she’s super knowledgable, continuously updates her client portal/resources and is very supportive. I can wholeheartedly recommend her!

I'm feeling so good and everything fits better again but more than anything I love that I've gotten here without over restricting or feeling totally tired and miserable- I've got so much energy and feel so happy, fit and strong. I've been working with Martina for 9 months so far, and what a great experience it's been. I work in a high stress job leading to poor food choices when busy and have injuries meaning I can't be a gym rat. Through Martina's coaching I've lost weight, completely changed my relationship with food, and feel like I've embedded strategies and behaviours for long lasting change. She's also hilarious! Can't recommend highly enough, if I could give more stars I would.
