I had placed an order for the Acrorip software and I accidentally ordered the incorrect one. Steve was great in helping me ensure I was able to have store credit applied so that I could purchase the correct version of the software I was looking for after a return. I will definitely be coming back to this company for any future DTF printing needs, as well if I am ever looking to make an equipment purchase with them. :)

DTG Pro is also known as Corporation Toner and also East Group LLC. We bought a printer in February 2022 it didn’t come until May and it is the wrong printer. As a matter of fact the printer they sent is a Chinese made Erasmart Printer and they start at $2200 and are horrible. I ordered a DTG Pro Max for $8809. When we complained it didn’t work wanted to return we were out of warranty. When I went online to watch videos because their training isn’t training it’s them downloading a program onto your computer only. Long story short it isn’t even what we ordered and they tried to tell us they specially made it for us that’s why it doesn’t look the same. All lies. During an email exchanged my we were called freaks and they needed to get rid of us. When you look up East Group LLC it takes you directly to BBB. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS FRAUD.

Steve was amazing. I had a dimensions question about a product that I ordered. He got to the bottom of it and emailed me. He also updated me with my shipping status without me asking.

DTG PRO is a excellent company, outstanding customer service. Very helpful when I have a tech issue, or purchasing a new item with fast shipping. We are a small home base business and we used a lot of DTF film sheets/powder. There product has excellent adhesion and peel on all our transfers with no problems. They also have a price range for all budgets. Highly recommend them for your DFT/DTG printing equipment and supplies.
