I had to give 1 star to leave a review, but...
I ordered the buy 3 get 3 free back in Feb. It's now April and I still haven't received them. I've called customer service and sent emails, this is my last resort. The problem is they keep shipping to the wrong city.? I've been assured on numerous calls that things have been corrected and that they're resending. Sometimes they don't even resending but when they do, wrong address.
How hard can this be to fix?

Another scam from India. If you buy this, then you got played by their fake "testimonials" and fake proven "research". Welcome to the world in 2026.

This is a scam. I thought I was ordering one bottle to try the Adderall memory drops. Come to find out they charged me $129.89 twice. I did not subscribe to the and I want my money returned immediately.

I wouldn’t even give one star but had to. I wanted the promotion of buy one get one to try the product since it was all natural. What a joke. They sent me 6 and charged me for 6. I didn’t complain because I figured probably my mistake. Anyway I only noticed a difference at night. Made my sleep interrupted and have bad dreams. A month later they charged me another $119 without my consent. When I called they said I was automatically reenrolled on an ongoing basis???!! How could that be. How do I know if I even like the product before I’m done using it. Anyway horrible experience trying to cancel this. The rep kept asking me to keep using the product after I told him my unpleasant experience. This company and their product is a nightmare. I have been trying trying for 3 weeks to get my refund. Still no refund of $119???!!!

I ordered the Luv zen drops for my husband mostly because he has a very high stress life and myself, hoping that we had found something that would finally get the killer cortisol levels down, but sadly we have been very disappointed once again. Neither one of us noticed any difference whatsoever. It was another waste of money. I don’t usually write reviews but I really want to spare anyone else from making the same mistake as we did. I would have rated it zero stars but that’s not an option.

Misleading promotions, wanted buy one get one free but was charged for sleep dummies, only wanted cortisol drops!
Then they wouldn't cancel my order after only 10 min.

The minute I read the ad - I left. Anyone who says they have a product that works better than Xanax and no prescription needed I know it’s a scam.

I ordered 1x and they continue to try to charge My credit card for more product.

u denied my payment 5 times. then a week later money was takeing out fro thiese drops. i have not gotten an email about when it is coming. i don't want this anymore can u please refund my money back to me. thanks bradshawslawns.gmail.com

I ordered 2 bottles. So far I haven’t felt any effects from the drops. I didn’t know I would be charged again but , one month later, there was a $49 charge on my bank account. I called to cancel and listened to the agent try to talk me out of cancellation. I repeated my request to cancel immediately and she agreed. I’m going to notify my bank to refuse any further charges from this company. After this I checked the Luv website and read 15 one star reviews. Not a single review was positive. I should have done that in the beginning. I never would have placed an order. The drops do nothing and then I’m charged again for another order. Apparently it’s a subscription which is not made clear from the start. Don’t do it!!!

Snake oil! Product doesn't do anything. What a waste of money. Do not buy unless you like throwing money in the toilet 🚽

Automatic double billed my card

This site is so misleading , my 49$ turned into 99$ , called the company and it’s someone I can’t understand but half the time , they would not make my order right , she would return 19$. ??? I was so confused , ask for refund that was not going happen , declined purchase is what I had to do.

this company will put you on automatic monthly shipments without notice and without your authorization then you will be stick with the charges and c.c card co. will not help you get your money back.; you will receive multiple shipments before you can get a chance to cancel them.

Luv flo drops are a great product. I signed up for auto delivery where every 4th order is free.. supposedly... I have to call and argue to get the free order. I was told today that my 4th order was free . The next order was # 5 then 6 then 7.. no free order because there's only one number 4.. I did receive a refund. Had to wade thru several people to get to the right guy. Still get emails stating their "buy 3 and every 4th one is free" isn't correct.... good grief.

In August I received a pop up ad from them and I decided I was not interested and exited the site. Immediately recieved a call from them asking if there was a problem ordering. I told them I was not interested in their product. They illegally deducted two months worth of product totaling $300.00 at $149.00 per package. I called demanding they deposit the amount back to my account because they had no authorization. They asked me to ship it back at my cost and they will return 50% and the other 50% after they recieve the product back. After reading these reviews I don't expect to see any of it back. I will be runn8ng to my bank to put a stop payment on any future attempts from them.

During my visit, I encountered an issue that an attentive attendant was diligently attempting to resolve. Their patience and efforts to address a service disconnect were commendable. However, the situation was unfortunately exacerbated by General Manager Alan's unprofessional demeanor. His approach was not only unhelpful but also displayed a marked disregard for customer concerns and the diligent work of his subordinate. Such behavior is not only disrespectful to customers but also undermines the positive efforts of other staff members.

A General Manager should exemplify leadership, problem-solving, and a commitment to exceptional customer care. Regrettably, Mr. Alan's actions on this occasion fell far short of these fundamental expectations, creating an unnecessarily negative and frustrating environment. I believe his conduct warrants a thorough review, and I strongly recommend that he receive comprehensive refresher training on professional communication and customer service protocols to ensure such incidents are not repeated.

Thank you for your attention to this serious matter. I trust that appropriate action will be taken to address these concerns.

Drops worked for the first few times and then I rarely felt a boost of energy. First delivery took almost a month and the oil was dark and rancid tasting. I was sent another bottle which was clear and tasted fresh, so the first order was definitely old but did increase my energy. Problem is that they continue to send me two products and I am being charged. I did not sign up for subscription. I have not contacted company so don’t know how they will respond. In the past I had to return the product or pay even though I had not subscribed. I don’t think I would order again but I have M.E. Which is debilitating and perhaps drops were not able to overcome. If healthy drop might provide short energy boost But automatically sending and charging is unethical and I will not purchase from them again.
