I originally ordered 2 sample printouts to make sure I was happy with the DTF transfers before ordering in bulk. They came in great, so I came back to order more. Unfortunately, my edited image was not saved from my previous sample order so I reached out in the chat feature. Steve was great and talked me through how to request the background be removed again and that the ready-to-print image be saved for future orders. Thanks, Steve!

Would give negative stars if possible
If it was possible to give a negative star review, I would. Save yourself time, effort, and money. Do not use DTG PRO. Despite ordering a machine over the phone, I am told their customer service department cannot call me because they do not have a phone number only emails. However, the only responses I get via email are from our trainer who is incapable of actually helping me. The “training” that comes with the machine is not training, it’s a zoom call where they tell you how to set it up. A test print was not even included. We got ours in February and it hasn’t worked correctly since the day we took it out of the box. I have been going back and forth, via only email, since then to no avail.

they have the best products I have found so far.I also bought an L1800 printer from them over two years ago and aside from replacing two things it's been a huge money maker for me. still on the same printhead as well.

Downgrading to 1 star. This machine is costing us much more money than we are making. Wasted ink, wasted paper, hours upon hours of wasted time trying to get just one thing to print. Not to mention trying to get parts for it easily. A lot of replaceable parts are not on their website. Parts that are on it, you try to tell them and they tell you that part doesn't exist, until you send a photo and magically they have it, but again, not on the website. This was a very expensive machine compared to other places with much better customer service, and we are just dumping money into it left and right with zero to show for it. If you're considering buying from them, just don't, please go elsewhere. I wouldn't even recommend this to my worst enemy.
Now it makes sense why they don't let you leave reviews on their website or any social media platforms, they know their stuff is junk and don't want people to know!

Very disappointed. Spent a lot of money on the big bundle, just for them to upgrade the unit only a couple months after we bought our unit. The upgrades would solve A LOT of our issues we are having and there's no fix for. Customer service is not the best and they tend to be rude. We will definitely advise people to go elsewhere for their dtf machines. Pretty junk company that they upgrade the machine but don't give a way to upgrade those with the prior version of the same machine.

Worse customer service
Customer service sucks they don't reply to calls or emails nor will you get help after you purchase. They will only reply after 48 to 72 hours by email and you are out of luck if you are stuck. DONT BUY FROM THEM.
