I contacted customer service as unfortunately there was a delivery issue with my order from the courier Inpost. Andy was very apologetic and sorted the issue out quickly and professionally. Another order is on it's way! This is my first order from Dryrobe and with a fast acting customer service team I'm very impressed!

I had a personal reply with a concise offer that I will look to take up in October, this illustrates a company in touch with its market and customer aspirations.

Robe has no pockets.
It’s pretty useless when you need to carry stuff without a big bag!

Excellent customer service - my parcel was not at the pick up point I requested for delivery. Prompt communication and action from Dryrobe. A lovely product! 😁

Terrible. I don't recommend this to anyone.
The package hasn't been shipped for a month. No one in support is responding. Only virtual assistants are running around in circles. The order still hasn't shipped and there's no contact! No one will help you or ship your order. It's a waste of money, run away.

Haven’t had a chance to test the product yet but I can confidently vouch for 100% amazing customer service. Would recommend

I contacted dryrobe on Thursday last week after placing an online order and realising that it might not arrive in time for our family trip to Scotland on the Sunday.
I spoke with Andy, a senior sales representative, who was exceptionally helpful. He took the time to contact the warehouse personally to establish exactly where my order was in the delivery process and said they would do everything they could to arrange a Saturday delivery, despite my original order only being placed for standard next-working-day delivery.
I was therefore delighted when, even better, the entire order arrived the very next morning.
What impressed me just as much was the follow-up. Andy emailed after our conversation to confirm what we had discussed and then contacted me again to check that everything had arrived safely. That level of personal attention and genuine customer service is increasingly rare and was hugely appreciated.
The products themselves — a rucksack and four dryrobe towel ponchos for our trip around Scotland — have been equally impressive. We are now a few days into the trip and can confirm that the quality is outstanding. They are exceptionally well made, incredibly practical and have already proved extremely useful. They are products I would thoroughly recommend.
It is really refreshing to find a British company producing such excellent products while also delivering genuinely outstanding, personal customer service.

... aufgrund einer schlechten Bewertung hat mich DryRobe über TrustPilot kontaktiert und binnen 1 Woche die von mir bestellte, aber nicht gelieferte Ware, erneut zugestellt.

... ein sehr endtäuschendes Geschäftsgebaren, leider bis heute ohne jegliche Reaktion von DryRobe.
Am 15.7.26 einen Mantel bestellt "Advance Changing Robe", 2 Tage später die erste Email, das die Ware in 1-2 Werktagen ausgeliefert wird über TNT und es gäbe am Liefertag noch genauere Informationen zur Auslieferung per Email. Leider gab es keine weitere Infos und Anhand des eigentlich abgelaufenen Tracking links konnte ich feststellen, das die bestellte Ware lt. des Systems auf der DryRobe Homepage ausgeliefert wurde, nur leider nicht bei mir, oder in der Nachbarschaft, keine Info per Email, oder schriftliche Nachricht im Briefkasten, oder sonst wo. Ich habe DryRobe 3x kontaktiert, 2x via Kontaktformular und 1x per Email link, mit Darstellung des Problems und anschließender Fristsetzung vom Kaufvertrag zurück zutreten, es gibt bis dato keinerlei Reaktion. Als letzte Chance nutzte ich den Weg eine Rezession auf der Homepage von DryRobe zu verfassen, man kann sich wohl vorstellen, das diese nicht unbedingt positiv ausgefallen ist, aber selbst diese, in der lediglich das Problem dargestellt ist, ist trotz meiner Bestätigung als Verfasser, diese bisher nicht veröffentlicht worden.
Also, liebe Leute, kauft doch einfach woanders.

Easy very quick delivery great product just what I wanted.

Just bought 2 black seat covers as part of the deal, we've had 2 grey ones on our campervan for many years now and they are fantastic, super comfy and wash really well and look like new again,
