I’ve just recently let through the Bective Brook Green branch and their service has been amazing. Kathryn and the team provided great communication throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to make it easy for us to let. Kathryn even stayed late one day at work to give me the keys which just shows how much they care. 100% recommend.

No professional, always standing with landlord. I cleaned the room the end of tenancy, the check-out report stated the cleaning work is professional, however, the landlord said it's not clean. Bective manager stand with the landlord and told me it's not clean. So, why they need third party to do check-out report? They don't follow the report, why they need this report? The landlord broke into the flat without premission of the tenant. I told bective that behavior is illegal, however, the reply from them is the landlord has the right to enter! Becareful to use Bective, when you are going to rent property from them. They always stand with the landlord and ignore the interests of tenants.

Personable + professional.
I recently sold my flat with Bective.
I thought they did an excellent job for these reasons
- Did what they said they'd do.
- Treated you like a client.
- Navigated the difficult process very well.
- Responded to changing events very nimbly.
- Everyone I dealt with (5 different team members) had these attributes - so this is obviously a recruitment + culture driven thing not just how I happened to be treated by one of their team.

in short - would definitely use again, would definitely recommend. A pleasure to deal with (as much as selling a property can ever be a pleasure...)

Bective have been a delight to work with so far! After a terrible experience with another agent in the area we were so pleased to come across Bective. They are efficient, diligent and very communicative. Would 100% recommend.

Bective were AGAIN BRILLIANT in finding new tenants for my flat!!
All has been dealt with swiftly and efficiently and I could leave all the paperwork to them, trusting it all be sorted. Thank you for doing all the hard work and finding me always TOP tenants!

Charlie Round from your Nottinghill office has been an exemplary agent. He checked in regularly and gave us honest assessments of the market. He also understood our needs and really tried to help us find a property. We really enjoyed speaking to him and working with him. In the end, we had to go to another area which was cheaper but will definitely keep him in mind in case another opportunity arises.

Great service
Efficient, reliable and very honest. This team worked hard and relentlessly to find us a good buyer and get the sale of our property over the line. We were kept informed regularly and it was hard graft in an odd market, but they didnt faulter and i can only highly highly recommend this dynamic office. HUGE THANKS

Great friendly service and lots of persistence

Big thanks to the lettings team at Bective: Nancy, Monika, Kim, who have been very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

What an excellent experience! With the London property market being rather hot at the moment, trying to find (and successfully offer on) a rental property can be quite a stressful undertaking. Bective made things so much easier, helping us to find a lovely new home and guiding us through every step of the process.

We’d like to thank Stephanie in particular for her friendly, professional and oh so efficient service.

I would highly recommend Bective for your next property search!

Bective Notting Hill sold our family house a while back and we have just purchased an investment flat that they were selling.
An excellent experience as both vendor and purchaser, we would definitely recommend them.

It has been a great experience working with Chris and his team. Everything has been handled professionally and in a friendly and approachable way. Chris and his team look out for the tenants and ensure everything is done properly. The response has always been clear and timely. I hope to work with them again in the future.

Professional yet personal service. Sebastien proactively approached me when my property was coming to the end of its lease. He had done his research so I could make an informed decision. During the process I was fully supported especially when the situation became intense. Being temporarily located abroad, I was so relieved to have Sebastien taking care of my affairs. I hope that Sebastien is representative of the quality of all other Bective agents. Thank you once again !

You can't go wrong by choosing Bective as your estate agent! They were efficient, attentive and got the sale over the line. Oliver was great to work with.
