We had a great experience with Bective and especially with Hannie Theobald. Hannie is proactive, always ready to help and especially good at communicating.

A great sales team fronted by Ed Plumb. Jacinta from his team was very calm and moved things forward at a good pace, keeping momentum of my sale going on all sides. Was very happy with my experience with Bective Brook Green.

Provided all the details for a refund more than 7 days ago and now they ask for the same details they already have which was included in a legal document. This company will keep your money as long as they possibly can and then will make excuses as to why its not been refunded. BE WARNED! IT WILL BE MENTALLY DRAINING GETTING MONEY REFUNDED FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I would highly recommended Jacinta and Ed at Bective, Brook Green if you want to sell your flat in this area. Professional, patient, fully involved and calm to the end.

Jay and his team were very helpful and considerate throughout the selling process. They kept me up to date and I didn't feel out of the loop at any point. I appreciated that they would phone me to let me know what was happening rather than just a text or email. This human touch was important to me at an emotional time of selling my beloved home.
The whole team were courteous and respectful, especially when prospective buyers were coming and going.
Great team, lovely people, very efficient and reliable. I would be happy to use them again.

Hannie and Jay at Bective were a pleasure to work with. Always at the end of the phone and always supporting us through the sales process.
Highly recommended.

We had a great experience of selling our property with Bective Brook Green. Ed Plumb is a seasoned professional who is very decent to work with and he became our trusted advisor. We first started talking to him around a year before we put our property on the market and felt he gave very sound advice, priced the property very accurately and didn't try to rush us into a quick decision. His approach paid off as when we were ready it was an easy decision to choose Ed at Bective rather than the multitude of other options.

Very friendly and professional team. My friend who works for another estate agent in Holland Park recommended Bective Brook Green to me. He said they are the best in the area. Special thanks to Jacinta.

I purchased a flat this June through Bective- with the help of the brilliant Jacinta. She expertly guided me through the process (as it was my first time buying), with a seamless transition from viewing the flat to completion. Everything was conducted swiftly, professionally and especially in time before the end of the stamp duty holiday.
I was highly recommend Jacinta and the Bective team for anyone looking to buy property in London!

Very happy with my experience finding a flat with Bective Ladbroke Grove office! Jack and Jozef were super helpful and professional, and the process was quick and straightforward.

Great staff, great communication and first time going through an estate agent in London and I highly recommend!

Pre-move, move in and post move has been excellent, always been kept in the lope and expectations really well managed.

At all stages of looking, viewing and securing a lease on our new flat, both Stephanie and Jozef were always so helpful and accommodating to us at every stage and advised us so well.

Stephanie Gunther from the Brook Green office is, and always has been, excellent in finding good tenants for my flat, keeping me informed and always very enthusiastic. Cannot thank her enough for doing such an excellent job.

Having used BLM for 11 years to manage and let my flat I cannot speak more highly of them. Professional and trustworthy to the end - never without a tenant and problems always resolved seamlessly for both tenant and myself. Having decided to not let the flat from the end of the current tenancy, I must say huge thanks to Soraia who is an absolute gem - she knows everything and anything, she is always at the end of the phone and responds immediately - absolutely amazing service always. I have to mention Kim too - having relied upon her to find tenants I can only say Thankyou …..she always did it without a gap!

I had a great experience dealing with Jack and Jozef would definitely use Bective going forward for my next property.

Hanna and the whole team from the Ladbroke Grove office were amazing throughout the whole experience. They went above and beyond to make sure every step of the process went smoothly, as well as keeping us well informed throughout. A flawless process!

I have been with Bective Leslie Marsh for many years, and have always experienced excellent, swift and courteous service. Most recently with Lorisa Johnson, who has been most informative and helpful with my requests and queries. Thank you all, you're a superb team.

Stephanie from the Brook Green office and Jozef from the Notting Hill office provided me with the best service I've had to date from any estate agency. From my initial property viewing with Stephanie, I could feel a much nicer, trustworthy approach compared with other estate agents I'd been dealing with, and the offer and contract process was facilitated seamlessly with regular communication from both Jozef and Stephanie. I cannot recommend their services enough!

Very friendly, professional service. Would recommend

Steph has been incredibly helpful and efficient and helped us find a tenant. She has been a real pleasure to work with and nothing was too much trouble.
