I found the product to be in New condition as described. Well packed and expedited shipping. Good quality and value. However, during the checkout, i did not see any indication that the shipping I paid was only part of the shipping charge. I was required to pay almost $25 more for the item just to get it, in duty tax, that was not specified during checkout steps. Hence the 4 star review.

The Thor is Awesome
It came in very good, nothing wrong with it,was skeptical of it since the Thor is only official from the site.. but I knew it was real once I saw the tracking come very fast,and it updates fast too same as shipping.only thing I hated it was more expensive than reg price but I let it slide since it came really fast plus didn't feel like wait to April or may on the official site . (It shipped in the original box as seen in vids and was protected with good wrapping)

Amazing experience all around
My whole experience with DROIX was fantastic from beginning to end. Due to the cost of the handheld I was buying, I had a number of questions I wanted to ask before making the purchase, and the customer support team was super helpful and always prompt in their responses. When I did place the order, I didn't realize that one of the items was backordered, and being the generally impatient person that I am, I reached out to support again asking if they could split my order into two shipments. They worked with me to find the most cost effective way of doing so and had the first package in the mail that evening. Items ship from London, UK, but FedEx had my console in my hands within three days, even delivering on a Saturday. If you're in the market for a high-end gaming handheld, these are definitely the guys to buy from.

Good product, but communication needs improvement
Buying from DroiX was a mixed bag. On one hand, they are reliable—I got exactly what I ordered (Win 5 and accessories). On the other hand, the communication is not what you’d expect from a retailer. I had to rely on community updates to know what was happening with my shipment, and tariff information was vague. If you're a first-time buyer, just know that you'll get your items, but you might have to be proactive to get status updates. I'd shop here again now that I know the routine.

I had never heard of droix before but they are amazing.
I had never heard of droix before ordering my ayn Thor but I can tell you they are amazing. The website's chat function doesn't insult you with ai chat it no if you need to ask a question your directly connected with a human and what a human I got big shout out to Dave who answered my questions quickly and professionally. Additionally they have a nice discord page that droix would shear news about our orders which was very reassuring when ordering something on back order. Amazing experience I would buy again when I need another handheld.

Un cauchemard !
Nous avons commandé une console à plus de 1300 euros sur ce site marchand pour Noël que nous avons jamais reçu, le livreur la soit disant livré dans le jardin, du coup sans code ni signature !!! On ne peut pas les joindre par téléphone , juste faire une réclamation sur leur site qui n est apparemment pas efficace car reste sans réponse. Amazon vous répond qu il peuvent rien faire qu il faut joindre le vendeur, on tourne en rond, bref aujourd hui on nous dit qu on a dépassé le delais de réclamation et qu ils sont vraiment désolés mais que le dossier est clos, un vrai cauchemar !!! Passez votre chemin et commandez sur un autre site si vous voulez gater vos proches pour Noël, c est un conseil que je vous donne. A fuir absolument ce site.

La livraison ayant été enregistrée le 19 novembre et la réclamation déposée le 3 décembre, nous n'avons pas pu donner suite à votre réclamation conformément aux conditions générales du transporteur, que nous sommes tenus de respecter.

3rd time's the charm
I had two previously failed units from Amazon and also from a third party pawn shop, I had commented my issues on droix YouTube channel and they responded to me properly and also let me know how their process was as far as quality control so I ended up trying one more time with droix and was extremely pleasantly surprised also I have peace of mind knowing that I have a 2-year warranty behind my purchase should anything go wrong but I am extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend you guys to anyone!

DroixUK shipped the item out very fast
DroixUK shipped the item out very fast. It was delivered to my front door in America by DHL within 4 days. Item was undamaged, box was undamaged. I recieved notification to pay tarriff fees via email and phone call in a timely manner so as not to delay delivery. Pleased with the item as well as the overall experience. Not pleased with the tarriffs but Droix has no control over that.
