Drivetrain America Arvostelua

Seals were sold to me under a number of parts, for which the seals did not fit. At some point between purchase and receipt, this addition was removed from the description. I bought bottle material with it and you can't trust their descriptions.
Edit: Even though I paid €30 in fees at the shop—and was assured that this covered customs duties—I now have to pay an additional €20. Never again! And the correct part number was displayed when placing the order in the shop. That has nothing to do with Google or anything like that.

The parts were incorrect even after I gave all the part numbers and dimensions to the individual who assured me that they were correct. So now I just wasted $35.

Received my part on Monday not next day Day Saturday the 25th as was shown when I placed the order.
Part worked great and arrived in good condition just could not have truck out and running Monday as I hoped when paid the extra for next day delivery and waited around the shop all day for it's arrival.
Price of the product was excellent and I would other use Drivetrain America again just would be cautious of trusting delivery timing.

Victor was awesome and all parts in stock. No complaints here.

Was actually what I was needing. Fast shipping also.

For the most part the orders are confirmed and shipped in a timely manner. I really appreciate it.

Fast shipping and good communication

You had what I needed. Good price. Knowledgable sales staff. Shipped promptly. Happy customer 😄

Excellent website ordering and excellent customer service. Customer service went out of their way to ensure my order was correct after I realized I ordered the wrong item and calling them to correct it. The item shipped in a timely manner and arrived in time for the repairs I needed to do. Thanks Drivetrain America for a job well done.

Fast shipping, great price and excellent quality product that fits perfectly.

My husband is 80 years old and was able to navigate through your website Easily to find what he needed for his truck he was Impressed thank you

Needed the part ASAP, and it was immediately sent out overnight.

Ordered my seal for overnight, show's up two days later. If I had known this I would have it shipped two day. This seal was critical to our operation. Sent an email to sales to see about refunding me the difference and all I got was an automated reply. If you order something overnight, it should be showing up the next day. Poor service at best

The price was great. The part is exactly what I needed. We paid for overnight freight, yet the package arrived two days after placing the order. We reached out to Drivetrain America via email to request a shipping refund. Adam S. @ Drivetrain America stated the shipping times are only "estimates" and the courier I chose does not reimburse for shipping delays. No apologies were given, and no other assistance was offered. It's unfortunate the service after the sale was this lacking. It sheds a poor light on what is I would hope is an otherwise great company.

They sent the gaskets. I don't know how they stay afloat. The prices were just to dang good.

Fast and reasonable service and price.

They are trustworthy and reliable.
