So pleased you are enjoying your new DrinksPlinks. Thanks for asking about the DrinksPlinks G. They were quite a complicated letter to design as we wanted to make them as big as possible, but also easy to release. We recommend you take the tray out of the freezer and turn the tray upside down. Leave it for 30-120 seconds until the ice melts slightly and your DrinksPllinks G will slide out. We've designed our trays with extra thick silicone so you can twist it around to remove the ice if you'd like to. Cheers!
My order was placed on the 4th March
My order was placed on the 4th March, Order was despatched on the 15th and i did not receive package until the 22nd. Once the package was in transit Aus post didn't give me much information only the fact it was in transit and it did not meet expected delivery target. Disappointing as last time i had despatch/delivery issues too.

Hey there Heidi, sorry to hear you are disappointed. We're continually striving for a better customer experience. When you ordered in March, your order was classified on the screen as a 'pre-order' which mentioned that it would be dispatched once our DrinksPlinks G's arrived. This is the reason for the delay of 10 days. I will ask the marketing department to relook at the wording to ensure it's as clear as possible. With regard to delivery, unfortunately this is out of our hands once we hand over your parcel to Australia Post. We choose Australia Post for their usually seamless delivery, however from time to time they experience delays.
Your original order was 17 Dec, dispatched 18 Dec, and as we've discussed was stolen from the Australia Post van and resent as soon as we were notified.
