**UPDATED: Thanks so much Paul. We appreciate your updated review **
Hi Paul, we're so sorry you're disappointed. We did follow up by email and left a message on your phone as well but we didn't receive a response. We couldn't find your original message or email, so we spoke to the warehouse about your order. Our records show all trays were dispatched. But please get in touch to let us know what you're waiting on. We'd really love to complete your order.

The silicon is just soft enough to easily remove the ice cubes. A single cube is so much better due to it melting much slowly makes a gin and tonic perfect!
