The letter "S"
Even after following the instructions the ice is very difficult to get out of the mould one frozen.

Hi Meg, we're disappointed this was your experience. Each ice cube tray is designed so the letters and shapes unmould easily, without breaking. As you'll see on the Care + Use instructions on the pack, we advise "For best results, take your tray out of the freezer and turn it upside down. Let it sit for at least 30 seconds, then gently pop your ice shapes out from the base."
When we're making cocktails, we take the ice tray out of the freezer and let it sit while we make the drinks. Then we unmould the ice and add it to each glass. Our silicone trays are strong and super flexible. We hope this helps.
I haven’t received my purchase!?

Great Experience
I was extremely happy with my purchase. I was always updated on the status of the delivery, which, considering it came from half-way around the world, was rather quick. Good company to deal with.

Ordered a gift in advance for Christmas…
Ordered a gift in advance for Christmas Eve, and it never arrived. Tracking app didn’t appear to work. Yes, I was given full refund but I would have rather the gift had arrived in time.
Not sure why a more reliable courier was not used. Instead I get the old ‘lost in the mail’ excuse. An offer to resend the gift could also have been made as there was still time, instead of waiting for the post, which till today, has yet to locate the parcel.

Thank you for your feedback and again we apologise. We select our couriers based on their reputation and reliability. Unfortunately, the delivery system around the world was under extreme pressure in the lead up to Christmas; something that was out of our control. After multiple follow ups with Hong Kong Post, they were unable to assist us with finding your parcel. We were just as disappointed as you.

Hi Angela we are so sorry for the delay. We've experienced multiple freight and delivery issues. The good news is that the new letters are being delivered to our warehouse in Melbourne today. We're upgrading all our orders to EXPRESS POST (free of charge) so we can dispatch as quickly as possible. We're so sorry you've had to wait, but we're working hard to get your parcel to you.

Hi Frances, we're experiencing multiple issues with freight and delivery right now. We received an update today that our new letters have landed and will be delivered to our warehouse this week. We'll be working super hard to dispatch our orders as quickly as we can. All pre-orders will be upgraded to EXPRESS POST (free of charge) to speed up delivery. We're so sorry you've had to wait. It won't be long now. Cheers from the DrinksPlinks Crew
