Drinkmate UK Arvostelua 

Ordered an OmniFizz alongside four gas canisters. I received the gas canisters no issue but the OmniFizz is nowhere to be found, customer support email is non-responsive and calling the phone number just left me on hold with no idea of queue number, leaving me completely in the dark.

I decided to try a Drinkmate machine after a friend recommended it. The online shopping was easy and quick. The delivery time was short. The product is one of the best things I have bought. It saves lugging heavy bottled water from the shops and saves all that plastic having to be recycled.

Very good all round derive and love the Co2 recycle scheme

Drinkmate invited a review when I'm still awaiting for the product to arrive. You'd think they'd tie such requests to the delivery tracking. So far based on the courier reports, they are waiting for the parcel, so I do not know when to expect delivery, but it is now past the projected date at the time of order.

Having been disappointed with the updated version from another provider, I sought to find a replacement. I have found it in Drinkmate. In fact while sitting at my computer during this very hot weather, I am having a large glass of cooling fizzy water, carbonated by my Drinkmate maker

I purchased four replacement Co2 cylinders from Drinkmate and I have got to say delivery was really fast and I liked the way I was notified where my order was and the delivery time.
Drinkmate is definitely worth using and buying their products as the order and delivery process is brilliant and the products are of top quality.

Mould builds up in the nozzle of the infuser over time, even when following the recommended cleaning procedure
I contact customer service and they refused to acknowledged my issue
I would avoid purchasing as not a hygienic product to use

Love the machine saves a lot of space by not having cans and bottles .

The delivery stays on "wait for collection" and has no updates for more than 2 days. No response from the email address, and when called to phone in office hours has backed to the IVR. Never reached any service staff.

I've not yet received what I ordered. I contacted Yodel and was told I would need to contact the supplier. I've contacted you and have yet to hear what's gone wrong.

Updated 04/06/26 - I received my parcel today and everything appears to be in order. However, I've still only received very confusing communications as to what was happening.

Drinkmate advertise themselves as a British company, but they are not.

Drinkmate also do not answer the phone or respond to emails. Terrible customer service!

Drinkmate is headquartered in Ann Arbor. The company states that it is based in Michigan. In the UK, Drinkmate products are distributed by a British company, Stearn Electric Co. Ltd, and Drinkmate maintains UK warehousing and customer support, but the brand itself is not British.

Just avoid and avoid Sodastream too.
