I haven’t got much experience using iPhone & iPad.I would prefer letters.Also,’no caller I’d’ calls to my iPhone cause me concern-I worry that it is a ‘scammer’.This applies to all previous experience with doctor.I’m getting old & I get confused with this new(to me)technology.I’m not sure how to send this review to you.I think a simple,less confusing system should be developed.

Cumbersome to use and frustrating
All the information is there, but it’s a really cumbersome process to get to it, and find the letter that you’re interested in. They ask whether it’s useful, bearing in mind it’s either this or three letters saying the same thing two weeks after your appointment, the answer has to be “yes”.
