Far too complicated
Far too complicated. Masses of information to trawl through. Will drive many people of my age and younger, mad and angry. I nearly gave up. The persons who designed these documents might think its all clear to them but its like a foreign language to me, a reasonably educated person. I ask help of people around me but to avail.
