Excellent treatment
I found the reception staff pleasant and welcoming.
Mr Amer Farooq is a warm and most courteous gentleman who instilled instant confidence, explaining fully the condition of my injury, offered options for treatment and acted on my decision immediately.
The pain relief was almost instant and my mobility was greatly improved for over 6 weeks.
However, my mobility is beginning to deteriorate and I should welcome a follow up appointment to discuss further treatment.

I just need to access the information…
I just need to access the information sent to me. I cannot log in to my NHS account at the moment as it comes up in my wife's name. I have to try to change that and also for her to keep her account too, but my fingerprint brings up her name. I have POA over her affairs so it would be me who signs in for her, but right now I don't exist on the system, so I need information sent by email or by post to my home address
