The experience is great for me getting Paperless Letters
The experience is great for me, as the information is always to hand to keep track of appointments and letters sent from my Consultants. The best thing is, I cannot misplace my letters anymore.
Even though l have signed up to Paperless Letters/Appointments, Physio Departments are still sending out Hard Copies…Why?
I am yet to find out how far back letter from Hospitals go back for review by Patients. Sometimes these are needed when applying for Benefits eg. PIP for the first time.
Saying all the above, this can only be achieve if Patients have adequate Internet connection or package.
Messages are sent as Text Messages saying…One has a new Appointment or Letter from said Hospital. To go Paperless a reliable Internet Connection does help.
Think I’ve said enough now 🥰

I find that some times it is challenging due to my eye sight i try to make the font bigger but can never put the documents back as i find themphysically…
I find that some times physically letters take a lot longer to arrive and you cam miss appointments . However this alerts to attend the appointments on time. For people who are computer literate, it is very good but for people who are not it is a real headache. May be in 100 years with the change in generation, it will be fully effective.
