Sent a request to George on Friday, and received a call back within 15 mins to arrange for convenient time and day for visit. George was upfront with fees and reasonable. Job completed professionally and happy with outcome and the follow up advice. Will use again if needed

Fast response. I called George on a Friday evening, and he was able to attend the next day at my request, and arrange entry with our tenant. They even revisited after I requested additional photos of the work.
Highly recommend.

Had 3 companies come to sort the drains before George, the time and mess that they made was was not worth a penny but George did it in half the time and no mess. He knows his stuff and that's worth it!

Have used George and his team twice now…
Have used George and his team twice now for bathroom blockages and cannot fault them. Arrived within 30mins on first call and 2 hrs on a Monday bank holiday for the last one. Efficiently sorted issue within 20 mins . Knowledgable , polite, up front with costs, brilliant service -would highly recommend.

Produced a CCTV drain survey to help with my house purchase. Despite the Xmas holidays still managed to produce in really quick time, dealing with the estate agents all for me.

Work done as promised! Great work!!
Work as promised. They said they would come and fix the job and they did exactly that. They were in and out within 20 minutes having done the job and I paid the fee straight away. No issues no stress. Thanks again for such a smooth customer experience.

Excellent Service and problem resolved
George arrived on the day I messaged, kept me informed and provided an excellent service. Very clear on the pricing throughout the process too.
I was having continously blockages in my bathroom. George ran an analysis, identified that there was serious scaling in the external pipes running from the bathroom. He proceeded to descale the pipes throughly which took some time. All equipment he had with him didn't need to leave and come back.
He explained that this is something that occurs every 50 years or so no prevention needed to be carried out. Not had blocks or had to plunge since and it has been a month, it was occurring daily previously.
