DRAINAGE SUPERSTORE Arvostelua

Easy to follow online ordering system, with relatively quick delivery considering the 4m length materials.
Found Superstore to be cost competitive.

Excellent service in terms of product selection, quality, delivery times are quick and there's good communication throughout the purchase and delivery process with regular updates. Invoice issued straight away on the email, no need to chase.

Great Product price supported by wonderful communications through the order and delivery process

A good positive experience, items arrived when stated and all my quires were answered in a positive and productive manner.

Store never informed me the product was not in stock even though I had ordered it. Rang in after a week to find out the supplier does not have it and should be in today. No effort to contact me as a customer to inform me my delivery is being delayed. Still waiting to see if it gets delivered tomorrow over a week later. Very frustrating!

Excellent choice, price and speedy delivery.

Delivered very quickly and just what we wanted.

Product quality good but a real hassle to return items not suitable. Items sent out quickly direct from their supplier ACO, however to return them they have to contact their supplier having filled out forms and photos and then they don’t reply.

Finally got their supplier ACO to send a courier to collect after 1 1/2 weeks (obviously at my expense) but then took a further 2 weeks to refund as again waiting for ACO to confirm receipt apparently even though I had name and date of signature that their courier returned them to ACO. Couldn’t chase ACO as Drainage Superstore are their customer.

Customer Services did their best but so many hoops for them to jump through to get the results from ACO. They need to either get better comms from the ACO supplier or stop using them to fulfil orders.

So be prepared to call every day until the goods are collected and refund issued as it’s a bit like banging your head against a brick wall as nothing happens without you constantly chasing.

Easy ordering and prompt delivery. Product as described.

Good prices, good website. unfortunately part of the order was delayes and updates on when it would be delivered were not great. Had to call a couple of times. Bit of confusion about deliver dates as was quoted both 17/7 & 20/7 in various emails and text. Also, I forgot to add one item to my order and it was realatively small but website only quoted full delivery price of £35 so total was going to be almost £50 so had to buy it on amazon for £17.49. Had same problem last year for another part of the project and was told no flexibility on delivery price and paid it as was urgent. Not doing that again.....Will definitely use them again though as reasonably satisfied with everything else.

Simple, fast delivery. Second order and 100% they’d be 1st choice again next time.

Quick delivery. Excellent product.

Ordering (weed membrane for Hardcore sub-base) was quick and simple and arrived within a couple of days. Brilliant service.
Whilst the membrane has not been fixed, it looks stury and robust and fit for purpose.

Order placed and BACS payment made the next day as per instructions.
Rang up for a delivery date a week later to be told that the order had not been processed. I had to send proof of payment even though this is not in the instructions and by the admission of the person on the end of the phone was not a normal requirement.
Delivery date was finally 2 weeks after placing order despite website says 3 working days.
Cost me a fortune in wasted labour time, client dissatisfaction and damage to reputation.

Speedy delivery, goods as described. Slight issue with courier loosing some of the order but Customer Service put that right very quickly and with no arguments - great service!

Failed to deliver, broken promises, appalling communication… how bad can it get?

ACO drainage at the right price what’s not to like. Speedy delivery highly recommended.

Delivered during a very busy period without complaint. Helped us get it off and moved it. Driver was excellent and patient

good service and prompt delivery would use again
