So far I’d say absolute scam material.

Good morning Jeffry,
I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’ve experienced with your order.
When you originally contacted us by email, you received an automated response advising that our response time can be up to 3 days. This also highlighted that, for urgent enquiries such as cancellations, we recommend contacting us by telephone so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, by the time we were able to pick up and respond to your email, the items had already been delivered. As the order had already been delivered, we therefore provided you with the relevant returns information so that you could arrange the return of the items.
I appreciate this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, and I’m sorry for any frustration this has caused.
Kind regards,
Phil.

Hi Craig,
Many thanks for leaving us this 5 star review! We really appreciate it, and are pleased to see that this reached you quickly.

Awful company
Awful company, clearly a reseller and passes the buck when you have any problems. One item was damaged and the second item wasn’t dispatched for 2 weeks no explanation. Raised with the service team who just kept saying they needed to refer to the supplier - if buying through a company I expect them to deal with any issues. Therefore everything took longer than it should. Then to be told I’ll need to wait 14 days for a refund on items they hadn’t been dispatched is daft and seems like they don’t care when the impact is on the customer so long as they’re not out of pocket, even when it’s in their control.
Avoid them, buy with a reputable company who won’t mess you about.

I sincerely apologise for the issues encountered with your order - and thank you for your time on the phone just now.
As discussed, your refund shall be actioned our side today, and then be with you within 3-5 days once completed by our accounts team. This is just whilst it goes through the banking process.

Initial order -excellent
Initial order -excellent. Found broken part. Emailed got a 3 day warning not to email within 3 days - waited 4 days, no response, send another email. Finally got phonecall a day later. Guy said was clearing 'spam box' did I still want. Yes, said would send overnight, 4 days later rang as not rec'd; could hardly hear the sales person, could hear her colleague next to her clearly, was sent overnight. Sort you after sales out, otherwise was good

Good Afternoon,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
I do sincerely apologise about this.
I can see your email was found in our spam folder and one of our company Directors called you to check that this was still needed so we could get this sorted for you.
We are looking in to what caused a further delay in getting the replacement item to you to ensure this does not happen again in future.
I'm really sorry about this.
Kind Regards
Samantha

Manhole chamber & associated sundries
The ordering process was smooth. We even had a call from their sales agent saying that one of the seals are included with the item so we don't need to buy these specifically. We had a credit back within a few working days. Great service!
