Where is my product?
Recently bought a product with “guaranteed next day delivery” the product has not come yet (ordered 2 days ago) nor did I receive a reply from my 2 emails enquiring where the product is, they use “shop” as a tracking app but does not show any details nor a tracking number for my order, very confused just wondering where my item is

Hi Symps,
I have tracked your order with the Royal Mail and they state it has been delivered. I have emailed you separately with an offer to refund the postage cost. I hope that this is satisfactory. We were let down badly by the royal mail last week on a batch of orders that were all meant to be delivered next day but took 2-4 days. This is not normal and the RM have asked me to apologise to affected customers.
Kind regards
Lee
Hi there,
I’m sorry that you did not get your order the Next Day. We use Royal Mail to dispatch our orders. They are normally very reliable and deliver on time. Occasionally things get lost in the post. Which is frustrating for you and for us.
If you can email me via enquiries@dragonsheadshop.co.uk I am sure we can bring this issue to a close that you are happy with.
Kind regards

Excellent!!!!!
So I normally won’t have a huge review about a product or the company. But this time, I feel that is necessary to do so. So I’ve order 3 small items and with delivery within 48h with Royal Mail. Now, let’s talk about that delivery. It took 12 days, 12 looooooong days 😩😩😩
Now the good side of all this, after about 10 days of not receiving the order, I’ve decided to contact the shop to explain what happened and what are my frustrations and what can be done, with obviously no hopes that someone will bother to reply to me. Shocked, but properly shocked that I got an answer to my concerns and not just that, but within minutes, people, within minutes of pressing send I’ve got an email with an explanation, apology and a plan of action. I am pleased to say that I will continue to order no matter the huge delays that Royal Mail are causing( problems that are caused by other as we are all aware). Dragons Head (Lee) for me you have done what no other company bother to do, win my trust and loyalty, simply by answering to my email and explaining the facts. I will be always grateful for this. Thank you for making a costumer extremely happy. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
