It was great that the replacement parts…
It was great that the replacement parts were available for purchase, allowing the part of the bottle that was broken to be easily replaced, without having to throw away the whole bottle because of one broken part.

Der Kundenservice war nach meiner Nachricht sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Sie haben mir sofort einen neuen Anhänger geschickt, ohne dass ich überhaupt nachfragen musste. Alles war sehr verständnisvoll und freundlich. Danke an den Dopper Kundenservice.

Leider sehr enttäuschend.
Der Kundenservice war unprofessionell – meine Anfrage nach einem Rabattcode wurde in der Antwort ins Lächerliche gezogen, als hätte man sich über meine Nachricht lustig gemacht. Statt auf meine Frage einzugehen, wurde mir unterstellt, ich würde eine neue Flasche erwarten, was überhaupt nicht der Fall war.
Trotzdem habe ich eine weitere Flasche bestellt, weil ich das Produkt eigentlich mag. Allerdings kam diese mit einem Anhänger „Dopper Carrier“, der extrem unangenehm riecht. Man kann ihn nicht an der Flasche lassen, da das Wasser dadurch schlecht schmeckt.
Die Flasche selbst ist in Ordnung, aber Service und Zubehör lassen stark zu wünschen übrig.

The bottles are great
The bottles are great, unfortunately the cup of my wife's bottle broke. So she ordered new one following the instructions and questions on the website, but the cup that arrived was too small. I thought she did something wrong and I ordered the size that is for 500ml or more, but that also didn't work. The bottles were ordered in 2020, so I assume Dopper doesn't produce that model anymore. On her bottle the model isn't specified neither the exact size. Honestly I do not wish to brag about, but if I have to get a new bottle how is that good for the environment? Anyway for the time used we loved our bottles, I am still using mine.
