Leider ist die Beschreibung der Ersatzteile sehr unverständlich und man kann nicht klar zuordnen welches Teil wozu passt.
Mein weißer Becher war leider schnell defekt (am Gewinde löste sich der Kunststoff auf!!!) und ich habe Probleme das passende Ersatzteil zu finden. Die Kommunikation ist sehr freundlich, aber leider nicht hilfreich. Außerdem ist die Retoure des nicht-passenden Produktes in die Niederlande teuer.

I never got a message about the order…
I never got a message about the order being sent, on the website it states that delivery to the country where I ordered to is within 5 days, it has been around three weeks now and I received a message saying that the person I ordered for does not live in the apartment I gave as the address, which is not true. The service has also indicated that there is no such name on the doorbell as that of the addressant's, which is not true. I am still waiting for the package.

Flasche nach zwei Jahren kaputt, Kundenservice schlecht
Flasche grundsätzlich gut, der Deckel ist nach zwei Jahren kaputt gegangen, das kann passieren. Die Website ist allerdings so aufgebaut, dass man praktisch dazu gezwungen wird, innerhalb der 5 Jahre Garantie für die Ersatzteile selbst zu zahlen. Der Kundenservice ist dabei schlecht und unfreundlich. Muss jetzt doppelt für Ersatzteile zahlen, weil ich versehentlich die falsche Größe bestellt habe. Auch im Sinne der Nachhaltigkeit sehr fragwürdig.

Amazing products, not that great a site
Reordering an amazing product but the site isn’t easy to navigate on a phone. Buttons aren’t working as well as I would expect from a big company as Dopper.
