I purchased a 10'x12' gazebo from Domi…
I purchased a 10'x12' gazebo from Domi to be erected on my concrete patio. The gazebo came in three boxes with all parts labeled and with clear diagram instructions for the build. I had a contractor build the unit and he was impressed about the gazebo construction. The whole gazebo is made out of metal and only a few connector parts were made out of plastic. The gazebo I bought did not come with the caps that cover the mounting brackets so I ended up having to order them separately. Domi should provide these covers for all models and not as a separate add on but I do realize that I bought a sale unit that did not come with the bracket caps so I just ordered them immediately and they arrived a few days later. Also a connector part was missing and I sent a message to customer service and they sent the part out via DHL which will arrive on June 2. All in all, the unit is strong and sturdy; My customer support was good for the two problems I encountered and the gazabo looks great on the patio. The only draw back was the time difference for customer service to reply which took about 12 hours as Domi is in Asia, but they say that on the website. I give them 5 stars and would buy another gazebo from them.

I love my new screened in porch!! I can’t say enough good things about it and the Domi company. Lots of parts but simple to put together. Delivery was prompt and on one large pallet. We made it a weekend project, a few hole adjustments here and there but nothing major. I anchored it to my siding, very secure. I wish we could do away with the inside support poles, I may try removing them and see what happens. It’s definitely my new happy place!
I purchased the 16ft x 24 ft. It looks like it was always meant to be here.

12x14 metal gazebo
I’ve just finished putting up my 12x14 metal gazebo. I went to the hardware store to get anchors to hold the gazebo to my cement patio. I haven’t put up the screen or curtain as there is high wind forecasted in the next few days. The process of putting the gazebo together was fairly straightforward.Just follow the directions and read through all of them ahead of time to see how the steps are connected.I was doing it by myself and needed the neighbors to help a few times where extra hands were needed. One issue was the plastic pieces that attached to the metal roof panels. They kept falling off the panels while I was trying to place the roof panels in the support grooves. My solution was to use the latex sealant provided for another step in the process. I put the plastic pieces on the roof panels and then used the latex to “glue” the plastic pieces in place. This was very helpful. The 6 boxes were delivered mostly intact. Some slight damage on a few pieces but nothing that prevented the gazebo from being put together and looking nice. I appreciated the 2 hooks in the center roof. Three hooks for all three holes would be nice. I may move one of the hooks to the center to hang a fan and have it centered. Overall I am satisfied with the gazebo. I hope it holds up well. I wonder if you have replacements for the screens and curtains as I know they will wear out and need to be replaced eventually. I’m excited to sit outside in the shade and enjoy my backyard.

Packaging needs some assistance
Packaging needs some assistance: it is understandable that the harware is package to be concise, but when the #1 screws are spread out over three different sections, it makes auditing the parts very difficult. Also, several roof pieces were damaged because the protective rubber corners were not properly placed and shifted during shipment.
The instructions overall were adequate, but, the roof assembly section needs to be a little more descriptive (determining which panel needed to on top was hard to determine).
Also, the instructions had contradicting information: It was stated to leave all fasteners loose until the gazeebo was fully constructed then 4 or five pages into the actual steps, the instructions then stated to tighten all fasteners. now doid tha tmean to tighten all the fasteners in that step or tighten all the fasteners up to that point.

Regarding the packaging and damage:
We will review our screw organization and protective corner placement to improve part auditing and reduce transit damage.
Regarding the tightening of fasteners, pls follow this procedure as outlined in our manual: Do not fully tighten the fasteners until a specific section has been fully assembled. Once all components in that section are correctly positioned, then proceed to tighten all fasteners securely.
Pls note that the frame assembly and the roof assembly are separate sections. For each section, complete the assembly and alignment first, then tighten all fasteners before moving on to the next part.
Thank you for your attention to this important step. And that would be greatly appreciated in our future improvment:)

Also putting that's together was very challenging as holes were not lined up and was a frustrating process

Very solid construction, but needed a few construction modification
Very solid construction. I built it virtually by myself other than to ask the wife to hold a few nuts(about 10 of roughly 250 bolts) while i tightened the bolt. it built it over a 4 day period. The only issue I had was that a few roof panels(about 8 of the 32) were too long and the pre-drilled holes for the bolts did not line up with the underlying roof beams. Luckily I am in construction and figured out how to cut the roof panels with tin snips along the diagonal side. Now that it is done, I am happy with it.
