Compré en la web Domestika y pagué con Paypal un curso económico por 0.99€ y al mes me llegó un cargo recurrente anual de más de 200 euros. Al parecer me había suscrito a "Domestika Plus" (sin ser consciente) y no me admiten devolución a pesar de informarles que nunca quise la suscripción ni haber hecho uso de ella. Tampoco pude cancelar en el periodo de 14 días de prueba ¡porque no sabía que me había suscrito!

Scammed me for an annual subscription that I did not consent to and charged me $330

I'm one of a growing number of fraud victims. I've used Domestika for a couple of years but recently when I purchased a couple of courses I was signed up for a 30 day free trial without my consent and was charged $199.99 when the trial ended. Apparently hiding this in the fine print and tacking it onto your purchase receipt is the same as informed consent. Customer service is nonexistent, just get AI generated responses

J'ai souscrit à une offre d'essai que j'ai annulé dans les jours qui ont suivi. J'ai quand même été prélevé d'un montant de 200 euros 30 jours plus tard, sans aucun message d'information. j'ai tout de suite demandé de l'aide pour un remboursement mais je n'ai reçu aucune réponse. C'est du vol. A fuir.

Domestika me Estafó, MERCADO PAGO validó el pago, no me ayudan, no me dieron respuesta y hablé todo el tiempo con un bot que no me soluciona nada. Gente, las estafas están en todos lados, manejen efectivo o cuenta bancaria. NO USEN MERCADO PAGO PORQUE NO RECONOCEN ESTAFAS Y NO SE HACEN CARGO DE LO FÁCIL QUE ES QUE TE SAQUEN PLATA DE ESA BILLETERA VIRTUAL.

This morning was charged 379 $ canadain funds ???
Never.ever saw the fine print ( there is none ) for a full profession subscription. Paypal is uncooperative......I can not get a fend back. There is no way to contact them by phone.....never found one in : contact " page..and the emails I sent came back with a thank you .we will respond in 48 hours.....yea.right !!!

I got scammed.
I purchased a course for 0,99 Euros, after a couple of weeks they took 165 Euros from me forma yearly suscription I did not want or order.

Sent countless mails, no reaction.
This is SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ti contattano dicendoti che se hai il CF in rosso loro ti possono risolvere il problema, ti danno la copia del contratto solo su richiesta, ti ammaniscono con un prezzo della materia prima basso e poi ti ficcano gestione contatore mensile e va a sapere cosa altro. DA EVITARE COME LA PESTE.

Cuando compras un curso con descuento te "cuelan" una suscripción "gratuita" (solo por 30 días) de Doméstika Plus cuando compras un curso, si no cancelas antes de 30 días te cobrarán una suscrición anual 77 dolares
Presta mucha atención y cancela lo antes posible.

If I could rate them any less, I would. I didn't even sign up for the 30 day trail seeing as I had the app for two years and had purchased individual courses during that time. When I saw there was a sale on a few courses I bought a few and never wanted the plus account because I wouldn't use it enough. Low and behold they charged me for a yearly subscription, 168 Canadian dollars and generic emails from them, I'm screwed. PayPal wouldn't refund me either. Fuxk this company, do not use it

Dopo averli abbandonati per BOLLETTE con CIFRE IMMOTIVATAMENTE ESORBITANTI, ho pagato una bolletta residua tramite il gestore successivo, il CMOR, sostanzialmente un'estorsione. Nonostante tale forzato recupero, purtroppo ARERA tutela le società truffa e non i consumatori truffati, continuano a tempestarmi di comunicazioni, l'ultima tramite un sedicente avvocato per avere l'importo GIA' PAGATO e che neanche avrei dovuto pagare.

DOMESTIKA WANT SILENCE CUSTOMERS
What does domestika do to silence their customers who were cheated and want their money back?
* There is no customer support on their site - just an automated response
* Turning off comments on their networks (including sponsored ones)
* Deleting customer comments where they can still comment
* Blocking customer profiles that alert others to what Domestika is doing
* Sending fake data to banks and paypal when the user wants money back due to fraud
* Increase in false positive reviews on trustpilot

Was billed $118.99. Did order nothing. Was deducted by Paypal. Compained with Paypal. Why do Paypal continue work with Domestika? If it is evidently billing for nothing in return, and especially, without ordering anything? What word is there to name this?

I got scammed. I bought a single course and without confirmation or request thry charged me for a yearly plan only after 3 weeks instead of 4.
Additionally or their website the button to kDespite that they completely removed my account and I cant no longer access the course that I bought.
Stay away!!

I the same as everyone else. you sign up for 1 course, unwittingly sign you up for a 30 day free trial . Send you an email implying that your free trial is over and you have to renew it if you want to keep access the plus account. You think you don't have to do anything and then 2 months later you find the equivalent to 110$ taken out of your account!!

The language they use is completely missleading and their business practice is immoral!

Woken up this morning by a message from my bank saying Domestika has tried to take two seperate payments of £103.29 at 2.52am. Luckily my bank has rightfully picked it up as a fraudulent transaction, because it is. I have never signed up to a subscription. I'm just lucky my bank spotted this.
I will be cancelling this debit card and get a new one sent out incase they try to do this again.
Do not touch with a bargepole.
They should be shut down after being fined for such unscrupulous and underhand business practices and made to return everyone's money.
I wish I had looked at Trustpilot before I bought any courses from Domestika.

I signed up to Domestika for a free year then I purchased on course and put my Revolut card in for it the took €110 without my consent I am trying so hard to get a refund with no response
