TLDR; I bought their expensive product (boogina xania wet), didn’t like it, wrote a critical review on their product page which got censored, tried to work it out with their customer service, then got ghosted and ignored for months.
I bought a Xania Wet masturbator, in total it cost 170 Euros after shipping to North America. Not a small amount, so I was incredibly disappointed with the small weight, hard feeling material, and uninspired performance. I then submitted a review expressing my disappointment to their official product page, and it was blocked by their customer support team and censored (it does not show up on their product page with the other reviews). As far as I know this is the only review that isn't by a first time onahole user and isn't a 5 star singing their praises like the other ones that they have allowed to be published.
Dollpark’s Managing Director then immediately reached out with a kind offer for a refund, which I followed up on, only to get ghosted for a week and ignored by their support team. Why even make the offer if there are no intentions to honor it?
So from my perspective I took a big chance spending $250 CAD on their product, it ends up being not good, I write an honest review on their website (which remains unpublished), they then email me promising some solution, and then ghost and ignore me. In my years of dealing in this space, I have never been treated in this bizarre way by any other company. I feel wronged and like I had a bad experience.
All that being said, I would still appreciate it if they could make this right, they know how to contact me.
Wir nutzen einige Abdrücke von der Firma Dollpark für unseren Unterricht in der generalistischen Pflegeausbildung (Themen: Körperpflege, Katheterisieren, etc.). Mithilfe der Abdrücke können wir anatomische Strukturen realitätsnah und anschaulich vermitteln. Die Qualität ist super und Details gut erkennbar. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und der Kundenservice sehr gut! Wir freuen uns auf weitere Zusammenarbeit.

I had great experience buying Pussyprint. Products are good quality, they feel and look nice. The toy feels amazing. I was a bit suprised that it came in big box for such a small product but I don't mind it.They are german website but even without knowing their language it was easy to order and search for things I wanted. I'll buy from them again!
