hardly even want to give this company 1 star. they definitely do not deserve it. Tests haven't arrived for both me and my friend who spent allot of money on these tests and they are now not responding to any of our calls or emails. This has obviously happened to allot of other people that fell victim to this absolute scam of a website. i never usually write angry reviews like but a company like this should really have their crap together and not be constantly wasting peoples time and money and get away with it. avoid this company at all costs. if they suddenly pull through with either tests or a full refund i would wipe this zero star review but until then this will stay up for all to see because its quite frankly disgraceful they can get away with this.

Out of the 4 test & trace suppliers we tried to contact we found only DNA Workplace to be the only company that you could actually speak to a 'real person' and answered emails promptly. We have just used their 2 & 8 day test system and at every stage it was excellent. On top of this our day 8 test fell on a bank holiday and DNA actually telephoned us the evening before to ask if we wanted to use their courier service free of charge. Would not hesitate to use them again.

They didnot send the video link for my day 2 test.

How this company is on the government's approved list is disgraceful.I paid for day 2 and 8 tests for myself and my wife.my wife's test never arrived by day 8 so we phoned. We're told they would definitely be there that day.The test never arrived and we were told they would not be there before day 10. This was unacceptable and i spoke to a director who asked if i could drive 150 miles round trip to Newcastle. I live in Scotland and this would be against the current law.l asked for my money back as they could not provide the service i paid them for but this was refused. I was told on day 9 they could refund the day 8 cost for me to go to another company and purchase another test.This would be pointless given the time to purchase then receive and send back test.I phoned the NHS who said i must have a test so i had to book one through them which just adds more strain on the NHS thanks to this company. They are happy to take your money and not provide a service and make us go to the NHS for help.hopefully others won't be ripped off like myself. There will always be company's who will look to profit out of honest people in a pandemic but they should be weeded out as much as possible.UPDATE.day 13 of what would of been our isolation our test kit arrived at 16.20 given the turnaround time we would not be allowed out of isolation till day 18 if we had not contacted NHS SCOTLAND for help. Still no refund or apology.maybe I should of known with a name of.

Good luck trying to get hold of them on the phone. They sent a day 8 test kit with a huge return box that will not fit in the postbox, post office refused to accept it. Trying to call them - in a queue and been cut off twice.

Very erratic service. Received 2 and 8 day test kits rapidly but both times did not receive the e-mail with the mandatory training video. When I called for the 2nd day test, the agent politely apologised and immediately sent the the training video link. Just called again to get the 8th day video (you have to video yourself doing the test) and was met with a message saying no one is available before the line being cut. I could be fined if the test is not accepted. Not sure how these companies get away with charging £200 for an essential service and do not even provide minimum support.

I had ordered a test from the company which had never arrived despite me paying for priority shipment as I need to be attending my University. I had tried to call customer service 2 days in a row just to find out where my covid test was, as I had no email from the postal company. Customer service is trash phone number does not even dial absolute mockery. I will be requesting a refund and finding a new company. Don't use unless u have plenty of time to be locked up in your house.

Paid for a test and release COVID test on return to the UK. The results didn’t arrive until after the full 10 days quarantine. Can’t understand how this company made it onto the government approved list

My wife and I bought 2 test-to-release kits. The actual kit and the test administration experience were excellent. They arrived on time and the DNA Workplace team was always kind and helpful in communication and in making sure the test was conducted properly. The test experience online was really good and professional.

However, after conducting the test on Day 5 and putting it in the mailbox on that same Day 5, my wife finally got her test results on Day 9 (just one day before quarantine would have ended anyway), and I got my results on Day 10. So, much too late to really matter from an "early release" perspective. That is 2 x £126 thrown out the window....

HOWEVER - I must add that I have been very impressed by DNA Workplaces customer service and reaction to my poor experience. They have reached out to explain the circumstances, to apologise for the poor experience, and offered a full refund. I was very impressed.

So, in short, I would recommend DNA Workplace as a company and I am sure many of their other products and services are great. I just wouldn't recommend "test to release" via the Royal Mail given the simple math of the timings to get meaningful results back in sufficient time to make a difference
