Terrible company! Awful service! Been waiting for 4 weeks for a refund, 4 days to reply to an email, I had to proof that I had send the kit back several times. Ordered a new test while waiting for a refund after flight cancelatin, the test kit has been rejected saying the kit was damaged or the test was taken incorrectly... so which of those? This company is a joke!! Spwnd 200 £ and have to stay home another 10 days. Useless, disgraceful company!

Unacceptable service. Nobody answers the phone. And if you try to ring them back you get "Line busy" straight away.

Totally disrespectful. It's very easy and quick to buy the so "cheap" expensive test, but if you need support or to get hold of them...humm forget about it. Tried called more the. 30 times on different time only to be on hold with music and drop, no email replying. 0000 support. Bought the Test-Release test and its being over 48h still don't have result and cannot get hold to anyone on this company. STAY AWAY.

They should be banned . No video link with my test day 2, no idea what to do at all. Their pseudo phone busy all the time. How can they even function and make money on us??? I will complain about them to the government bodies to exclude them. Scandal.

Well I wish I had read these reviews before using this company. 2nd day test kit delivered, returned, results no problem. 8th day test kit still not delivered and its day 10 already. You phone them, its always engaged. You email them, no response. I have no symptoms, I have no kit, and pretty soon I'll have no job. DNA workplace Shower of ****

To be very honest I wouldn’t even give this one star it’s so terrible. First of all when I got back to the UK on 4th April I didn’t receive my day2 and day 8 test until Saturday 10th April! Apparently it was lost by Hermes delivery then they sent out another test via DHL. My test has been sent off and I still have no results whatsoever, you try to call these people it’s either busy, you’re waiting and you get cut off, or the line is always busy.
It’s a private company we pay for these tests and we have to beg for our results back.
I cannot afford to stay at home more than 10 days I have to be back at work.
I will make sure I advise family and friends never to book with DNA workplace ever again

I'd give it 0 stars if possible. Day 5 now and we still haven't received our test results for day 2. Also booked test to release and haven't received the test kit yet, they should have been here by day 4. My partner was able to use a link to record a video, I sent my test video to the number provided but it hasn't been looked at yet. A waste of money and time.

I received the test today on my second day of quarantine But no email with instructions and link how to do the video and upload it. Without a video the test is invalid. I tried to call the company many times, its always cuts of after I choose who I wish to speak, or cuts of right away saying line is busy. I emailed the company, so far no respond back. So here I am with a box with test and not sure what to do. Do the test and send it anyway without doing a video? Not happy at all with this services.

Terrible! Absolutely terrible! Would avoid at all costs! Scam company! Will take your money and not respond to emails or phone calls. The phone is often cut off when you call up for enquiries and email not responded too!

Please avoid this company at all costs! It is not worth the hassle.

PS. I ordered an NHS test in order to finish my quarantine on time. If you have booked with them and are awaiting results I would use NHS test and trace to get results and then approach your bank or credit card provider for a refund/charge back

Absolutely appalling. Criminal as lives are literally at risk. Zero updates on my results (close to 80 hours after receipt), despite multiple emails chasing. Also the phone service cuts after 4 minutes waiting. Almost seems to have been put on the approved list due to tender cronyism. AVOID

I bought 2 tests for day 2 and 8

Only one arrived. No replies to e-mails. Tel. lines engaged or cutting out before operator picks up.

Scam company. Shouod be taken off list of approved providers.

Scammer company they are giving a fake result to they give my test positive I did on homekit and it was negative no answering a phone call no reply to the email just stolan my money

I can not disadvice you this company any more. I have sent my day 2 kit 5 days ago and still have not received any results!! I have tried calling the million of times and sent sooo many emails, but they just do not reply. You call the number, it puts you in a waiting room and then line drops!! I do not understand how can you charge 170 pound for a service that was not provided. It caused me a lot of stress as I do not recieve any emails from them regarding if they have even received my test or the video recoding. Its just nothing!!!!!!

SHOCKING! I’m on day 4 of quarantine and my day 5 test kit still hasn’t even been picked up by Hermes! I’m going mad stuck inside.

You also don’t get to leave quarantine until the test has been posted back to the lab, processed and your results emailed to you, so you don’t get to leave that early anyway. A waste of money.

The instructions are shocking. You’re told to watch a video but there’s no link in the instructions. It’s only there when you click on the link to upload your video of you doing the test, which you can’t do easily without a 3rd hand!!! It wasn’t clear that I had to press the record button after clicking on the video icon on the image, so it never actually recorded.

The returns mailer is actually the box it arrives in, not a separate envelope, as indicated in the instructions.

The instructions don’t tell you everything, like where to find the video or how to send it back.

They don’t tell you that they ship day 8 after you’ve sent back day 2 so I was expecting 2 tests plus my test to release.

There’s no telephone number for any help. They don’t seem to have anyone working weekends. Either that or they’ve ignored my emails.

I’ve no idea when I’m going to get any results, or my day 5 test and results (which is clearly the most important to me)!

I want my money back. Awful!!!

Pathetic Customer Care and Service....
I have ordered 4 covid test home kit for Glasgow and after deducting payment they have sent me a email that they dont provide service in Scotland and they told me to refund the money. Its been more then 2 week now and I am still waiting for refund. I have dropped many emails but no reply.

IT MUST BE A SCAM COMPAGNY. I RECEIVED ONLY 1 TEST AND 1 BROKEN FOR THE TEST DAY 2 AND WHEN THEY ASKED ME FOR A REFUND, I SAID YES AND THEY STOP TO ANSWER ME!!! DONT USE IT. I WILL REQUIERE IN 1 WEEK A REFUND VIA THE BANK!

Scam of a company. Orders day 2 and day 8 test for my daughter. They only sent one test kit. Called numerous times, emailed support, no answer no reply. Absolute fraud of a company
