DLG Auto Services is Direct Line Group’s UK network of bodyshops, today consisting of 23 garages nationwide which makes us one of the largest repair groups in the UK. We repair around 100,000 accident damaged cars every year, and all cars are repaired to British Kitemark BS 10125 standard, the British safety standard for vehicle damage repair. All repair work comes with a 5-year guarantee, and we are committed to ensuring we meet the manufacturers repair standards to ensure our customers vehicles are repaired to the highest standards. By investing in new technologies, we are preparing the business for the future and will have a better understanding of how technology will affect the design and manufacture of cars. Our high operating efficiency allows us to deliver excellent cost control whilst meeting our environmental targets through lowering emissions and increased recycling. We are exploring a range of solutions to embed our environmental goals as part of our emissions reduction strategy, including using alternative fuels such as hydrogenated vegetable oil and energy efficient lighting. Great service from start to finish

Great service from start to finish. Considerate, friendly and helpful staff. Communicated everything with me. Kept me updated on progress and any delays. Scheduled car collection and delivery to meet my times. Repair work was excellent.

Taking the stress from an accident

I found the staff helpful, friendly and efficient. Kelsey advised me of the procedure and I received communications regarding collection of my vehicle and news about the repairs. The car was returned to me in pristine condition and I was delighted to have it back home! Thank you DLG!

Car repair on an accident claim

From start to finish DLG Auto Services were very professional in their service. I had regular contact from them by phone call, text & email to carry out repair to my car on an accident.
My car was picked up & droped off as arranged.
The repair was carried out quickly & professionally.

Good service good choice

Used as instructed by insurer but overall service was good. Marking 5 as my dealings were good, only thing to mention is the tracking portal is a little basic

Really fantastic experience

Really fantastic experience. I was going on holiday and they made sure the car was returned prior to me going away. Car came back in immaculate condition would definitely rwcommend
