I ordered something on the 19th of Nov…

I ordered something on the 19th of Nov 2019 and was told to pay in store then to call the displayed on their website for my order is pending no one seems to answer the phone or to reply messages. This is bad customer service. I know they have good reviews here but from my experience this is the worst customer service ever. I no longer trust to do business with them. Why having an option of paying in store only yet customers order online this is the worst ever.
