Have always previously had no complaints but this time my delivery took over a week to come with a mix up with delivery companies. When I got the goods the boxes were damaged and not in a good condition. Quite disappointing this time

Always efficient and any problems they get in touch to sort it out, only problem sometimes it is difficult to understand the person on the other side of the phone but usually manage in the end.

Basically, everything was generally fine. The watches were delivered promptly and there were no issues with either the shipping speed or the delivery process.

However, six items were supplied which were advertised on the website as demagnetisers. When they arrived, the documentation indicated that they were not suitable for demagnetising watches, which naturally raised questions about their intended purpose.

We have emailed several times simply requesting clarification on this issue but, unfortunately, have not received a response even when we pointed out, we were about to leave a trustpilot review! The reason this is particularly frustrating is that we deliberately placed only a small test order to evaluate both the products and the overall service. Had everything gone smoothly, we would have been looking at placing larger orders in the future.

The real problem is not the delivery itself but the lack of communication afterwards. When an item arrives, and it is unclear what it actually does or what it is intended for, it can take an inordinate amount of time trying to obtain a simple explanation. All we needed was a brief reply to our emails clarifying the situation so that we could move forward. As it stands at the moment we have a packing centre sitting on the goods that can't book them in because they don't know what they can actually be used for.

Great choice of quality goods at very competitive prices.
Delivered so quickly I think they must have a Time Machine!

Good price and quick delivery

Drop shipping Experience – Very Poor. I recently tried using DK’s drop shipping service through my eBay business. Unfortunately, the software they use does not seem to be up to the task. Items were regularly listed as having multiples in stock, but upon receiving an order, I would instantly discover the item was actually out of stock. This meant I had to cancel the order, which caused my seller rating to drop from Top Rated to Below Standard in a very short space of time. Very frustrating.

Seriously .... I m really disappointed.... I m really shocked that I bought it just before a week and use it for one day now today in morning I turned it on ... its not working ( does not turn on and pass current ) so cheap quality not worth it ... I bought it from London
