I have been following DK for a long time, and I decided to order. It took one week to process the order and upon delivery one piece was missing. I've written emails but no response! I was looking forward to placing more orders...Really disappointed

I purchased a Yarnton Radio Controlled Wall Clock By Acctim - 76086 from this company through eBay. The clock is faulty because the clock face is not centred - it is out by one minute (reads 11.59 when it's 12.00). This would not be such a problem if it wasn't a radio controlled unit - I can't change the time because it does it automatically. Because it was out of the eBay return window I took the back off to repair it myself but the clock face is not moveable. At this point I sent them a message and they replied I had voided the warranty by tampering with it. If I hadn't they say they would have replaced it... but what would they have done with the clock - they can't repair it, it's scrap - they can't sell it, it's used. They are just hiding behind an imaginary "void warranty" that is meaningless.

UPDATE 18 April 2023:
They did eventually agree to replace the clock. Unfortunately, all I can say is the second clock is "better" inasmuch as the clock face now lines up, i.e, the 12 and 6 positions are vertical. But, the hands do not line up, the minute hand is 45 seconds slow.
I have an older basic kitchen clock (which is Acctim radio controlled) and has kept perfect time, with everything lining up, for years.
In view of this I am not increasing the review from one star.

As an eCommerce business selling on Amazon we struggled to find any products sold by DK Wholesale that would turn a profit. The one product we did buy, fibre optic lamps, turned out to be very low quality as around 1/3 have been returned by customers due to faults.
DK Wholesale's customer service has been none existent.

My order was delivered promptly in a well protected package. The prices were good and everything fitted and worked well.

They are always very efficient. They let me know as soon as the product I needed came back into stock. They sent me exactly what I ordered and it arrived far sooner than was estimated. The product is excellent and I keep coming back for more!

Updated at bottom 👍👍🙂👏 Absolutely terrible. I placed my 2nd order with them. Got sent 2 wrong items AFTER I requested they only send me what I ordered. Another 2 Items were smashed up - an Elvis clock and a Christmas tree tube light. I rang them up, spoke to them, said they would call me back. 5 days on im still waiting for phone call even after emailing them every day afterwards asking them to call me back/collect broken & wrong items and to refund me. They don't care. Totally unprofessional. Be careful when purchasing from this company as you will get your fingers burned like I have. Broken and wrong items = no contact, no customer service & NO REFUND. I CAN NOW CONFIRM AFTER THIS REVIEW WAS POSTED I GOT A CALL FROM TOP GUY IN COMPANY who has asked me to deal with him directly for any future purchases, has sent out replacement items and correct items, received today - Saturday 30th October, all correct and in good condition. I bought 13 watches in February this year. I was very pleased with them although one on them was broken, the bits inside the dial were moving about. I took a picture of the watch and emailed it to DK Wholesale. I emailed a number of times and didn't get a reply to any of my emails. I thought at the time that they may have been closed because of Covid. I recently tried to send a message through their own website but it wouldn't go through. I liked the watches and would have purchased more but not under these circumstances
