Diverse Trainers Arvostelua

Very useful course. Get quick response from the instructor.

Great support from team at Diverse trainers. Learned a lot of new information and has improved my overall knowledge

Our Daughter signed up for the level 2&3 Personal Trainer course and from the moment we first spoke to the staff about what she had to do to the last day (today) that they confirmed that she had qualified we received a first class service throughout.

We could not recommend the company any more highly, first class service, keep up the good work,we know you will!

Great course .

Vik the lady that ran the assessments was amazing. Always went out of her way to help you .

Team offered good support
Stephen initially signed me up and was very supportive too.

Initially used another provider but support was not the best.

Found Diverse on an ad and so happy I did .

Exercise to Music qualification. ETM
Wow ! Thank you diverse training ! It’s been long in the making but no fault of diverse ! I am working full time and a mum of 3 .. however diverse training have been supportive and amazing and have really helped me get this over the line. I have loved the course and enjoyed learning and has great support and communication with the tutors and the team ! And they have always been very helpful .. it’s been a great experience. I would recommend you do it quicker than me only to get it done. But it’s a great course and now it’s opened more doors for me in the exercise world .
Thank you everyone
Thank you diverse !

Poor service

I would avoid using this company if you would like your coursework marked and a certificate when you pass. I have spent months begging them to mark my work with constant phone calls and emails. I am now begging them for my certificate that was due 2 months ago! I have not had a good experience at all and won’t be training with them again!

I really enjoyed the level 3 online massage course. It was fantastic that I could do this course online because I could fit it into my family and work commitments.

Smooth process, answered my questions and gave me support throughout. No issues!

Great support, really kind people who care and get back to you really fast. They really want you to succeed!

I have just finished the L3 Reformer Pilates blended course. I was not new to Diverse, as last year I completed the L3 Mat Pilates online course.
Similar to my previous experience, I felt completely supported throughout the course. The members of staff provide clear information and are fast to answer either by email and phone. The platform with online learning is clear and easy to access and so the coursework to complete online.
This time around, as part of the course, I attended the weekend workshop at Diverse Gym in Preston. The weekend was lovely. Such a great opportunity to bond and network with other Pilates lovers. Kate our tutor is wonderful! She absolutely knows how to engage the group and make people feel at ease. I enjoyed every minute. She was so attentive, encouraging and knowledgeable! I would 100% advise to enrol in this course and attend the weekend in Preston.

Diverse proved to be very accommodating and professional.

Highly recommended!!!!!

Harris was helpful - highly recommended

Top company got my level 3 PT with them in august. Thanks for everything guys!

I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to the diverse trainers who have been incredibly supportive throughout this journey. Their guidance, encouragement, and expertise have been invaluable in helping me reach this significant milestone. Thankyou :)

The staff are absolutely amazing! Answered any call immediately and were very helpful!

I felt fully supported throughout the entire process. The tutors are very knowledgeable and easily contactable. The resources are also very helpful. Both the Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 PT assignments are easy to follow and understand. Work is marked and feedback issued very promptly for the online course. I would highly recommend Diverse Trainers.

as a company they aren’t amazing but in terms of employees they’re excellent, everyone is always super helpful and lovely

The course was disappointing, I hoped for more guidance in how to teach exercises as I am completely new to the industry. The course states it can be completed in as little as 4-6 weeks. My experience was once I submitted coursework for marking I would then have to allow 10 days for it to be marked, which I would then have to follow up with phone calls. If I had to make an adjustment and re-submit it would take another 10 days for feedback. So much time was wasted waiting for feedback and coursework to be marked. The course took me 5 months and I’m sure I could have been done it in 3 months. I waited a whole month to get my digital certificate and I still haven’t got my paper one that I paid for 6 weeks later! Overall quite disappointed and wouldn’t recommend diverse trainers.

I thought overall experience was good. Content was relatively simple and trainers showed great attitude when interacting with them.

Things I'd improve, think the website could do with updating. Didn't find it a very good layout or intuitive and struggled to find areas where I needed to upload my videos. Also, during the course, I wasn't always sure what else I had left to complete. Course said I was 60% through level 2 but I had actually completed it so just little things like that would have been nice to get corrected. Other than that, found it a pretty simple course and feel I know the basic knowledge to become a PT.

We’ll set out and guided course. Questions were answered and phone calls.
Friendly and made me feel comfortable to ask questions.
