I had my Level 3 Personal Trainer assessment with Stuart Curran today, and I must say that when I saw that he was the tutor for today’a session I was over the moon!
Stuart has been an inspiration in guiding me through my courses, and he’s given me wonderful advice and support on my journey.

Great suspension exercise course with Ben F
Ben Finning did my suspension exercise instructor course today and was great! I really enjoyed the day, Ben explained the exercises very well and thoroughly. We got to practice and correct our technique. I really feel like I could teach these exercises to others now.

Completed my suspension training with Ben Finning. He is a great tutor, very patient, explains the exercises really well. I am 33 weeks pregnant and I felt welcomed in the group and was not pressured to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with. Very happy with the course!
