I’ve just completed my Reformer Pilates training and want to say a big thank you to the Diverse Trainers team. The course was really well-structured, and I thoroughly enjoyed the material they provided – it was clear, practical, and very useful for both learning and teaching.

A special thank you to Kate, who delivered such an enjoyable and engaging weekend workshop and assessment in Oxford. Her knowledge, guidance, and supportive approach made the experience both fun and rewarding.

I’d definitely recommend this course to anyone interested in Reformer Pilates – it’s been a fantastic step forward in my fitness journey!

I paid just under £800 for a first-class education. In return, I received a second-class education with a budget attitude.

Imagine paying an airline company for a first-class seat and then being given a seat on a budget airline. That's how this company treated me.

Communicating with this company was difficult; that said, the communication during the payment process was very good. Once I paid the full amount for the level 3 personal training course, the service went downhill. As a paying customer, I expected better from this company.

No one responded to my questions on the student help line. 6 weeks later, I was told that the system was experiencing problems. It just took ages for this company to respond to my questions. I must have contacted about 7 different members of staff about my concerns, but to no avail.

If anyone is planning to invest in this company, I would strongly advise you to request an interest-free 6 to 12-month direct debt payment plan. Avoid paying up front like I did.

As I read all the comments about this company, I say this with first-hand experience: this company failed on all counts when I enrolled on a course with hosted by this company.

Once this company got my money, they had little interest in anything else.

I have just completed the Level 3 diploma in Sports Massage. The course was really comprehensive and easy to access online via the learning portal. Help is always at hand via the messaging service on the portal, email or over the phone. I took the online option and the assessment weekend was well set up and a helpful option if you're not able to travel.

I had such a positive experience with Diverse Trainers. The course was both enjoyable and very valuable, and the team provided excellent support throughout.
Special thanks to Neil, whose teaching style made learning engaging and effective.
The Student Support Team also responded quickly and kindly whenever I had questions, which I really appreciated.
I would definitely recommend Diverse Trainers to anyone looking to pursue a fitness qualification.

Overall, the online learning experience is okay, lots of learning materials for the course I was doing, mostly helpful tutors when I needed help on anything.

The only thing I can really complain about the responsiveness of tutors to my complaints about literally one file not being marked for a couple months which stopped me from gaining my level 2 qualification, through which I had to call multiple times and email too to get it marked but once that was done it was fast and helpful.

Towards the end of my qualification the only thing I can really complain about is how long it takes to get my diploma as I’d like to get it as soon as possible to apply for jobs but it’s now taking up to 2 weeks.

Overall, I’d say the online learning experience is a 6/10. For someone who’s done biology and PE a level it was definitely much easier with some parts as I already knew them, but for someone who wouldn’t have this knowledge they will certainly find some parts of the course very hard

Learn at your own pace, the tutors are always helpful. The course has multi layers of information around The industry, I would recommend.

Hi yes I would recommend these they do have morning and night classes on but I couldn't make these. But there was a tutor called charisse who was very helpful especially with helping to guide me on my level 3 she was pretty much there for me and gave me the best advise for what I need to do to complete my Qualification

Iv just completed my Reformer Pilates course and iv had such a great experience with diverse trainers and Kate my tutor on the practical weekend was fantastic and a lot of fun and gave me the confidence I need.

I completed my online PT training course, with Diverse trainers as a refresher and a Fitness Manager to understand how to support my PTs and overall, I found it to be a very good experience. The course content was easy to learn, which made the material accessible and user-friendly. However, one challenge I faced was the scheduling of the online classes. They were only available at specific times of the day, which did not suit my personal schedule. I really wished there were playback videos available so I could catch up on any missed sessions so I can’t comment on that part as much.

On a positive note, the support from the team was fantastic. They were always available to assist with any questions or concerns, making the learning process much smoother. Additionally, the face-to-face assessment was conducted by an amazing tutor who helped boost everyone’s confidence throughout the day.

In summary, while the scheduling could use some improvement, the overall quality of the course and the support from the team made it a worthwhile experience.
It was fantastic experience I would recommend this course to others looking to get into PT training.
Now I’m looking forward to my next level Nutrition for PT with Diverse trainers

The people giving the course were really helpful and always explained everything really well.

I did my crash course level 2 & 3, passed everything first time and now I've been a full time PT for over a year and thriving.

100% would recommend to anyone who would like to start their PT career.

I have just finished my level 3 sports massage with Diverse trainers and all the staff and tutors were very helpful throughout the whole duration of my course. The course as a whole was brilliant and very informative and I learnt a lot.

I completed my level 2 gym instructor and level 3 PT course online with Diverse. The entire team are super friendly and Neil is a superstar!
I would definitely recommend these guys.

I completed the L2 gym instructor course and L3 Personal Trainer course. The patience and support that i recieved throughout the process was phenomenal. I will return at some point to further my education within the same field.

I have had to contact them multiple times through no fault of theirs and they have been so helpful every time and phone is answered within seconds no wait time

Where to start ..
I don't think there was anything that wasn't clearly detailed to what was expected of me to complete my course.
If I did have a question it was answered as soon as possible but in the 3 to 4 months to complete my course i only asked a few, as the course as I've said was so we'll put together all I had to do was revise revise revise till I got the basics and the rest just fell into place ..
I've now got the basic qualifications and I will be back to improve my skills to hopefully a higher level in the future..

I have just completed my ETM (exercise to music) online platform was great to follow with tutorial sessions weekly and tutor support only a phone call away. I have loved every minute and learned so much. I want to thank Kate (tutor) as she has guided me through and gave me all the support I have needed, thank you. Kerry xx
