delivery took alot longer than…
after some confussion on my part and an error i harshly posted a 4 star review, Oli reached out to me and imediately refunded delivery charge wich was above and beyond the call of duty, ALL disc's arrived as advertised and carefully packaged (as always). if i could give 6 stars for the level of service i would.

You ordered on Friday at 00.29am in the morning and the order was sent out that same day around 1-2pm in the afternoon. According to the tracking number Royal Mail had received the parcel and delivery the parcel to your house on the next day Saturday at 10.29am in the morning. Unfortunately we don’t offer same day delivery and I’m not sure if it’s possible to deliver the order any quicker. First Class Service - This company has (for me) the best…
This company has (for me) the best service in the UK. A great selection of Discs and a very reliable and honest service provided by Oli with the online chat. My daughter (13 y/o) needed help with Disc selection and his advice was first class. There was no pushing her into spend money, my money, it was simple and effective advise where he attached links direct to the products he advised would be of benefit to her. I observed their interaction as she typed and I felt safe and reassured with the way he handled the text communication. Without doubt I will always look on this site first for any new products I/She requires!! - I also purchased 4 discs in one evening on 4 separate orders (trigger happy purchases) only to be emailed the next morning refunding me with all my delivery fees. The majority of companies would have taken my money and run. These guys returned every penny of the delivery fees without me asking! Amazing service that I can't recommend highly enough (10 Star in my eyes!) - Thanks London DGC
