I bought a 4 slice toaster 3 months ago from this company. Yesterday my daughter used it and the left hand lever that raises the bread from the slot was stuck fast. I emailed the company and within hours had a reply to ask whether I would like a replacement. I said yes. The following morning I had another email to say that my new toaster was on it's way to me and not to bother returning the old one! I have never had such good customer service and highly recommend this company - very refreshing in this day and age! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

One of the 2 items that I ordered, did not arrive. I contacted Customer Service and was dealt with by Hummayah.
What an excellent service, all communication was with one person. Hummayah investigated the issue and offered an alternative. All communication was prompt and professional. I could not fault it
