Henry Vacuum arrived very quickly and it is absolutely perfect. Thank you for the great service and good product.

I had never heard of Direct Vacuums before so was a little nervous. But they had an item I wanted at a really good 'open box' price and I was even more impressed that shipping was free and I would receive it in a couple of days.
Everything worked perfectly and we now have our lovely new induction hob up and running.
A very happy customer!

The hoover arrived but a part was missing, I messaged support and the said they would be in touch. I've not heard anything

Item arrived next day. Excellent

Ordered a carpet cleaner - great price, by the way. Came when promised, looks good and works perfectly. What more can you ask?

Excellent company to deal with,
Excellent product
Excellent after service.
What more can I say!!

I am very disappointed with the service from Direct Vacuums. My parcel was not delivered, and the delivery company said it would be returned to the sender. Direct Vacuums told me they would send a replacement, but I am still waiting for my parcel. This is unacceptable and very frustrating. I should not have to keep waiting after being promised a replacement. The customer service has been very disappointing, and I am unhappy with how this situation has been handled. I would not recommend Direct Vacuums based on my experience. I hope they resolve this issue as soon as possible.

The delivery was prompt and the carpet cleaner looks brand new..but I've not used it yet so can't tell you of it's performance yet..I've given 5* for the delivery and the look of this second hand carpet cleaner..it's look brand new hence the *

Fab item and at great price

Mmmm where do I start. Website advertising they have 24/7 help customer care. Well in fact it’s AI. No humans. This is my first complaint. Second they send faulty items out that don’t work. Then it’s a nightmare to try and sort out the issue. AI isn’t help. It’s not customer care. What would I want to shop here again when their customer service is AI. It only brings me here to write a negative review. Sorry but I won’t be using you ever gain due to this.
