Biggest scam company out there that doesnt reward easy tasks for customers.

Worst support, automated messages, never doing verifications & helping the user.

They deserve bankruptcy

I am extremely disappointed with the service. I completed the Mu Dark Fantasy offer (reaching level 248) in Hero Wars: Alliance, which should have rewarded me with 14,000 emeralds. I am a first-time user and completed the task well within the 30-day timeframe.
I contacted support, but received a generic automated response about "validation periods" instead of actual help. I have all the screenshots proving my level and Player ID.
It feels like a scam when you spend days on a task and get ignored by support. Please look into my case and credit the rewards. My ticket number is 5443205

I completed one of their offers that was labeled specifically for android users, as I am a Samsung user. I didn't receive my promised reward so I contacted support only to receive automated responses, turns out there is no way to get in touch with a real person if you have questions regarding the information they want from you. A few brick walls later I get a response let me cNp what I was written: "We regret to inform you that the advertiser was not able to validate your participation in this offer.Our partner rejected your request, and you will not be rewarded for the following reason:
 Your click was not attributed to DT. You might have downloaded the app organically through PlayStore or any other Offer Wall provider" Let's double back to the earlier mention of the fact this was labeled for Android, android generally uses the playstore for downloading apps/games whatever. So yeah I would give these people negative stars if I could, Digital Turbine is nothing but a scam. Don't waste your time on these offers.

Full on scamming operation in cahoots with multiple other companies. Scams thousands though fake offers and false advertising. Absolute scum.

Complete ripoff and avoid if possible. They had a simple offer to register, deposit $50 and make real cash bets. I ended up betting the entire $50 over multiple bets, trying to get the reward to kick in. They told me that I didn't meet the requirements. I absolutely did and that's $50 down the drain AGAIN. AVOID

The game is great, and I've been playing it for 6 years. During this time, I've returned to it more than once. Recently, I tried to get free diamonds through their partner, DT Offer Wall. I clicked the offer, downloaded the required game, completed the conditions (reaching level 40), and received nothing.

I went back into the game to check why I hadn't received my reward and found I could no longer access the Offer Wall site. I tried to find out why. Big Blue Bubble (the developers) responded to me:

"Unfortunately, Digital Turbine handles all issues regarding the Offer Wall. It sounds like your account may no longer be eligible to view offers." (Remember this.)

I then wrote to the partners (Digital Turbine / DT Offer Wall) themselves. They replied:

"Our partner rejected your request and you will not be rewarded for the following reason:

· Your click was rejected and targeted as Fraud by the Advertiser.
· You used a VPN or a computer emulator to access the offer and simulate a device on your computer.
· You manipulated screenshots or used screenshots downloaded from the internet."

The most interesting thing is that I did not violate any rules and did not use a VPN.

After researching, I understood that I am not the only one who fell for this scheme—many others have too. Hundreds of players describe a problem identical to mine: completing a task (often the most difficult one), after which they receive a rejection for far-fetched reasons (VPN, fraud), and their real evidence is completely ignored.

Why did the offers disappear? Blocking access to offers after a dispute is a common tactic, as reported by other users. This makes further dialogue through the application impossible. So, we received nothing, while the partners get their money. And because of these partners, the game's reputation is being damaged.

Totally unprofessional. They ripped me off on 2 of my rewards I earned, and they removed all the other possible offers from being available to me. I had a similar issue with another reward company and i sent 1 screenshot that was meant for other company, then I get accused of fraud, altering screenshots and using a vpn. None of those claims are true at all whatsoever! No wonder this company has an absolute horrible review status. If it was possible to give no stars, they would in fact have a zero star rating...

I play Hero Wars alliance, and there was a very good offer which I checks all the points, and never received the reward.
After writing several mails to the support, the only thing I got are automated mails saying that the issue is about how I used the offer, and that they will reply... eventually.
I'm still waiting for a reply one month after my first mail.

Sometimes it works, for a short period, but often it goes wrong, not only two you end up spending your time but real money into these things but rarely see any reward. When I raised the issue of having received the reward for 100 arena wins, but not the previous reward for 50, they shut me down and now I can't get any other rewards, which sucks more do after spending 9.99 on 4 shards in game which I assume now also won't be paid out for. Horrible service. If you see this name run! Digital Turbine is going to scam you.

Never got my rewards even tho they paid me the first few when it came to the 56k gems I got nothing emailed them over and over same garbage answer.

Over and over without resolution.

I opened an ticket for missing reward ticket number : 5327486
I start an offer from theyr wall offer.Task 1 " complet tutorial" they give me reward for first task.I completed other 4 task but for this tasks they didnt offer any reward.They said maybe the offer expired ,but i just started so after 29 days will expire,they told me that partener didnt validate task,i contact theyr partener and everything is ok from theyr side.So,they dont want to pay.BIG,BIG SCAMERS

A complete scam: they make us believe we didn't use their service so they don't award the rewards. A real scandal.

Actually my favorite offer wall where I've had best luck finding easyoffersb like 30$;for playing cash giraffe or 15 for cashing out twice on money time. For all the one stars if you guys are that burnt where you think any offer wall would pay 200$;for a download or some other brain dead task it's obviously scam bait.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They hardly ever compensate for completed offers. Then, they send a generic response that doesn’t even go with the offer mentioned.

Allow me to add my voice to the many here who say this company strikes me as a scam. I don't know the extent of the scam, probably just collecting our data while the companies that use them cash a check, but they behave like scammers, IMHO.

As many here have stated, you follow their rules to the letter and, when the reward doesn't show up and you contact them, they either reject you outright, claiming you didn't follow their rules or demand proof, that I'm convinced they don't even examine, in which case, they go "radio silent."

I play My Singing Monsters which uses this "reward" (haha) company. If you check out low paying rewards (say 15-30 gems, for example), you will win those. Of course, you have to visit websites that you normally wouldn't bother with because of the constant pop-up ads and shady offers, thus exposing your phone or tablet to even more intrusive ads but I digress. Those small rewards lull you into a false sense of reward so you go for the larger rewards (700-4,000 gems or whatever in-game currency you have to purchase with real money) and that's where they get you!

So, you've spent your time, either playing a game that you normally wouldn't bother with or signing up for a service you either didn't want or you did want to try on the hope of receiving the reward, only to get scammed when you don't ever receive it.

Please, do yourself a favor: Stay away from this offer wall company. I thought TapJoy was bad but they don't hold a roman candle to these guys! You're better off just saving your money and purchasing whatever in-app currency, rather than bothering with these scammers.

Threw various accusations for not giving me the reward, pretty scammy org.

One star is too many! This company is involved in a global personal information scam. They get all your info then don’t have to provide the compensation that was promised stating they are just a third party and deny your claim. Since this is a common practice I can only conclude this is the intended procedure so they don’t have to pay the first party for their digital goods but still get paid.
