Been using this company for 4 years and they are absolutely amazing! Only had two issues- once with set up and needed some guidance and today when our 4 year old IT expert logged us out and we used the wrong details to login back in. But dealt with same day and with a wonderfully warm and decent human behind the keyboard.

So when I say two issues- neither were the fault of Digibit and at £2 per month, it’s an absolute steal. Thanks Digibit team.

Works on my Android TV box no problem. However, it does not work on my imac. I have submitted a ticked, which was acknowledged, but that is about it. This is the second ticket I have lodged, and the second time I have received zero assistance. In other words: my experience of their customer service is appalling, and currently I have no evidence that it would work with an imac. You have been warned!

App on the firestick is great and easy to use, does the job and the customer service is great too, Holly done a quick job in answering my ticket.

In my opinion, excellent service for gaming and streaming Netflix. I play Fortnite often on my PS4 with my friends and started having ping issues where average ping would be around 50, and it would keep spiking up to around 300 than back again and basically made the game pretty annoying to play. When I got this baby on I get a constant ping of around 20-30ms, and so I’m very happy with this. DDoS protection worked wonders when a kid tried to boot me off for being Better than him. I like watching U.S Netflix when I vacation about every year so this is a life saver for watching my favorite shows. This people produce some good services very underrated in my opinion.

i cancelled my subscription to this vpn by logging into my account and also in paypal yet they still have tried to take a payment from my paypal account .thank goodness i kept the email digibit sent me confirming cancellation .i dont use it now have uninstalled from firestick .

Had issues with their hosting since June 2019 now near the end if January 2020 this has still come no closer to being resolved with weeks between replies.

I agree with Mark Airey's review - I have cancelled my subscription and asked Digibit to refund the 8 months of overpayments that they took from me. No reply to my email, no-one answering their phones!

It's all well and good getting rave reviews about their service/support for customers who want the service that is being offered - just try experiencing their approach to service/support if you should dare to want to cancel!!

Absolutely fantastic VPN, whenever I’ve had any issues been sorted quickly even modified my username without an issue.

I gave this VPN service a go for a month but I found it unsuitable for my needs. Hence I cancelled my subscription through Digibit's website. Only to discover that payments continued through paypal for two further months after I completely stopped using the service. Thus meaning you have to do two completely seperate cancellations to avoid overpaying them.

Once you have overpaid, getting your money back is impossible. I first contacted digibit by their email advertised on their website, only for it to bounce back as undeliverable. . . . So I then used their live chat to pursue, only to be fobbed off that they couldn't help me and I should open a "ticket". Which I did, through their website, to arrange a refund of the 2 months overpaid on July 16th. Today, 6 weeks later, it still hasn't been refunded. Even the founder of the business ignored replies to my messages even after they accepted they owed me the overpayments. They have asked me to confirm my paypal address for the refund 4 times. I wrote my paypal email 3 times in one message and the founder still wrote back asking me to confirm it again as he wasn't sure of the spelling (its a written message!!!)

They don't seem to have any records of their customers and really are making it up as they go along. Avoid this absolute sham of a company if you don't want to get scammed out of your hard earned money by this completely incompetent, faceless organisation.

Fantastic customer care, could not be happier. Once i contacted them with my problems of installing my VPN they gave me a few instructions and a test to run, once we had the results they knew what to do and after following some more directions the VPN installed perfectly onto my router. Now i have all my devices protected and i would urge you to contact them if you are having any issues because they are happy to help..... :)

good so far. works easy enough and the price is nothing less than the cost of a point of beer for the month! no commitment either this is the price on a 1 month rolling contract so if not good you can leave anytime without having to pay for 1,2,3 years. only thing I would suggest is the opportunity for the app to select the server based on the fastest speed.

Absolute joke cancelled this but still taking payment no reply from their ‘happy to help’ customer service stay well away

Works very well. Every server I've tried to connect to has been a success. Speeds have been great. When signing up I made the mistake of pressing the back button which signed me up twice. Issue was resolved promptly by the customer service department.

Excellent VPN. I've used several, on Android and Windows it is exceptional especially for the money you pay. Loads of servers to choose from in various locations. The addition of a killswitch and start on boot up makes it as easy as you can ever expect. Having your internet secure is so important there's not many companies I would trust with it. Digibit is well worth it
