What has gone on with Digibit used it for years never a problem now you cant send tickets theres no one to ask questions its not worked for 3 weeks came back on fir a few hours never worked since just a frozen screen just feel disappointed with the service and getting no answers

It's seems the service does not exist anymore more.. no website any more ..
App wont open.. I wonder if they still take the money out

I been with digibit VPN years but past months has been crap no connection to servers an that's if u can get on the app, I now gotta look for another VPN that takes monthly payments it's one good thing about digibit the monthly payments instead of paying for it all at once,

Ive had to get a different vpn server as digibitvpn has been offline for a week what a waste of space…5 feb its 12 now still not working..

I ordered digibit and just couldn't get a connector...I told there customer service to cancel the agreement but their still sending invoices every month...So not only is vpn hopeless but also communication and Customer services is horrible.

I have been using Digibit VPN for several years, with no real issues until recently. Started back end of last year with connection issues. Trying to get anywhere with the customer support team is a complete waste of time. Now that I'm not able to get to the website or customer portal, it can only mean that they are no longer in business....thanks for the communication guys!!! I'm stopping my monthly DD to avoid paying anymore for a service that has unfortunately disappeared without notice.

Bet they still send bill and try to take payment

Shame great VPN but kept taking payment after they folded if U got a monthly subscription stop the payments now

I was a customer for around 5 years but, sadly, DigibitVPN seems to have ceased trading. At least they only offered monthly payments so hopefully customers should not be out of pocket.

No support. Servers not reachable. Have they done a runner,

Doesn't work on mac. works first time of launching then wont launch. Have to reinstall each time to use. Zero support, the company is useless. Also servers constantly unavailable on iPhone and first connection attempt says unavailable but second time of trying it just spins without timing out and restarting the app doesnt fix. you have to turn phone off and on. Also I noticed on mac that it launches processes even when not starting the app. Tried to ask why and as usual zero response. Dodgey application and worst support ever.

Complete shambles but will still accept your monthly payment, shame !!!!!

So I have been using Digbit for over five years and found it to be realible, however over the last few months the servers cannot be found, I have contacted them several times, only to receive a automated reply and the problem is not getting solved, just will be cancelling my subscription

totally useless. no support, vpn unreliable, avoid!!

App was great when i worked, however i ran into problems and customer service didn't bother try to help.

I cancelled and they carried on taking payments.

Very poor experience and I won't be back, it's a shame as when worked it was very good.

I think its clear that they have ceased operating; all servers are not reachable; there are no human responses to any service tickets; no messages across social media - they appear to have just gone.

I'm lucky I paid for mine month to month through paypal and won't be giving them anymore money. If you paid them direct from you bank - contact you bank and cancel any further payments.

No servers connect , says reliable but its really not. And total lack of customer services you submit a ticket and nothing happens, waste of time. Pay cheap you get cheap thats it. You get what you pay for. Hope this helps steer you away from wasting your time and money-

Would have rated this 5 stars a couple of months ago but now, absolutely no chance. No servers will connect. Customer service absolutely zero. Just an automated response to tickets listing useless FAQs and then after a week they close the ticket as you haven't responded. What's the use in responding when you get nothing back?

Such a shame as they offered a very cheap and reliable pay monthly VPN but now they just take your money and don't even provide a service in return.

The app no longer recognised my credentials and the support was non-existent. Sent over 15 messages for 3 weeks but no reply.
