Couple of issues to begin with but it was my device at fault.All up and running great now on android and iOS devices, good to be able to pay monthly too.

Scammers,I cancelled my subscription yet still had payments taken,I've sent numerous messages and I've been promised a refund which was on the 2nd August 2021 but still haven't received.i would not recommend these useless mongs who keep people's money and offer a service that causes buffering 💩

Why won't they respond to issues I open up on their home page customer service section????
All i wanna do is change my password and they need send a reset email. What is wrong with them?????

Cancelled service but they still continue to take subs, have had to block payment via PayPal, avoid at all cost.

I had an issue where my account had duplicated. Regardless of if it was my fault or theres the response I had was great. Resolved my issue with 30 minutes. Brilliant customer service.👍

Awesome VPN with an even better price! The new IOS app is really simple, just as easy to navigate as the android app.
I have also installed the new windows beta and again it runs really similar to the android app which makes it really simple to use.

Rubbish I get constant buffering because it's cheap and overloaded. You get what you pay for which isn't much.

Been waiting a over 10 days for them to resolve an auto payment issue that occurred on my account that was closed. They were quick to respond and escalate the issue to billing but then I have had no reply since.

awful company, deceitful, untrustworthy, the vpn disconnects all the time and of course customer services never reply, worse than useless

Total rubbish go else where, they set up automated payments even if you cancel the service after first payment they will keep on charging you it’s been 2 months and I’ve still not had a refund off them, also they bounce you around chats worst service I’ve ever dealt with, Seriously Avoid!!!!!!!

Terrible to deal with, refused to refund my money even though I cancelled the service immediately.

I have been experiencing lots of troubles getting my device to connect to any of the servers. The support I received was excellent, from everybody at digibit. I’m the end the issue wasn’t even their fault.

Unable to connect on one single occasion. Help tickets not addressing my issues accurately. Pity their customer service does not match their competitive price.

Never worked for the purpose it was bought. Raised tickets just IGNORED. Be advised Avoid this product.

Horrific speeds . When I enquired about it , I got 4 lines of absoloute goobaldy gook from twitter support . It's cheap for a reason . *AVOID*

Shocking customer service, opened 4 tickets, all closed without help. Moved to expressvpn

I left another VPN service and started with digibit. Their customer service is quick and efficient- which I was surprised at with the current situation with Covid19. I had an issue recently and it was resolved very quickly by Holly. I am very happy with the service and its also a very good rate at £2.50 a month.

I highly recommend this service and suggest it to all my friends interested in a VPN.
