Do NOT use this VPN. Although it is only £2,i have automatic payment set up. They invoice on 26th of the month, a whole week before payment goes out. I get logged out for non payment for one week out of 4. As soon as payment goes through I am magically signed back in. Sending support tickets in is a complete waste of time, you will get an automated response saying further information available at such and such, if this doesn't answer your query, get back in touch, whereby another ticket is raised. After 250hrs,they close the ticket as you haven't got back to them. You then end up in an infinite loop of nonsense. This company are taking £2 a month from how many people?? Also, with a VPN, your op address is in some other random place, obviously, but when I look up my ip, I am in exactly the lace I am in so I doubt the VPN even works. Be warned, this is most likely a scam operation, unmanned and most likely, untraceable. They nerd reporting to financial Ombudsman and trading standards and reported for electronic telecommunication fraud.

I've been with digibit for years, until 5days ago my VPN just stopped, did a number of tickets without any reply, just like they didn't agist, very disappointed with them, cancel my VPN, or should I say deleted it from my devices, very unreliable do not use.

What a waste of time not worked for months but they still take your money. Customer service is non existent as they don’t answer your tickets. I would not advise anyone to use this product.
You will also notice nobody from the company will answer the reviews on trustpilot. Speaks for itself

Digibit hasn't been working for ages. Kept asking for credentials and password. No answer from support tickets which iv sent plenty. Have stopped payment via payal, so will then
see if they come to me..

Had it for a while was fine, not always getting great speed but could be one of several factors. The app on windows often crashed out but still kept the vpn up. recently its just stopped working. password issue, i reset the password but still no joy, support are less than useless. going to have to find something else.

Suddenly thrown out of account & can’t log back in. I even tried a password reset but still can’t log in to even put through a support ticket. Looking at X it seems 100s in the same boat.

You are so bed at customer service It beggars belief, how have you been allowed to carry on ripping people off?

Was a longstanding customer the app stopped working, I raised various tickets and got one pathetic response sending me to frequently answered questions. No help whatsoever. Then no more response. I stopped my app as I refuse to pay for a service I am not receiving

Absolutely disgusting, approves cancellation and stops providing service but still continues to charge you for the service and you have to get in touch with pay pal yourself to cancel the payments… absolutely disgusting you know what you are doing and clearly all these care about is robbing their own customers

VPN works, but support and responses to tickets is now nonexistent. A shame, as used to be much better. Also took money from me after I cancelled and then ignored my ticket. Shit support, I would no longer recommend. Stay away.

I subscribed to Digitbit and have never been able to use it as my email and password don’t work. I have opened numerous support tickets with them and they do not respond. They definitely don’t offer 24/7 support they state on their site. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DONT HELP YOU AT ALL TO USE THEIR SERVICE!.

Been using this company for a few years and to be fair they are very cheap. I now have a problem and the service doesn't work but I can't get any kind of response from them. They us a 'ticket' system to raise queries but do not seem to respond. Something to bear in mind

Refusing to cancel my service. Still billing me after 3 months and no way to cancel on the site. Avoid!! Scam.

Had it for a few years. Occasional issue, however for £2 a month… you get something decent. Customer sevice could be better of course.

Yep, as the other reviews attest, they seem to have stopped trading, but still taking Direct Debits. They were great in the beginning and support always replied but not the case anymore. My VPN seems to still work on my Firestick, but not on my iphone or desktop and have contacted them with no response.

Do not entertain this company complete con, do not respond to any messages emails anything they just continue to take your money. Reporting them to trading standards and already reported to my bank for fraud. I have managed to stop the payment through the bank. Absolute joke outfit

I have had constant problems with accessing tv and Digibit have no answers/ help I have two open tickets for months and no resolution, time to part company

Terrible service,nobody answered last three raised incidents,took money from me for a service that didnt work.not happy.
