Quality, great customer service

Love the shop

Diesel was always my favorite jeans brand, unfortunately the store in Munich closed I I didn’t have the opportunity to go to a store try and explore, but the the online side is just great- to get my perfect size and the perfect for my shade it’s soo easy made, the delivery is perfectly on time, Diesel ❤️

Very happy with my purchase. The item arrived quickly, was well packaged, and was exactly as described. Great quality and excellent service. I would definitely order again.

Fast and easy to collect.

I had a great experience shopping at the Diesel store. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful without being pushy. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of products. Excellent customer service and a pleasant shopping experience. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

I am writing this review about the Diesel store in Kilkenny. Today, I visited the store at around 5:50 pm. A staff member informed us that the store closed at 6:00 pm, and we said that was fine. Within a few seconds, we selected an item, and I went to the fitting room to try it on. However, the girl at the counter told me, "Excuse me, the fitting rooms are closed."

I understand that fitting rooms may need to close before the store does, but the way it was communicated felt quite abrupt and unfriendly. A more polite explanation would have been appreciated. Also, if the store is open until 6:00 pm, I believe customers should be able to use the services provided until closing time, or at least be informed in advance that the fitting rooms close earlier.

Good customer service is not just about following policies but also about how those policies are communicated. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed.

The service and staff are good and the quality of the cloth are very reasonable to its price hope to have more diesel item soon!

It must be said that the Diesel’ s employees are wonderful, unlike other clothing stores where, given the obvious changes taking place, you have no desire to return. It is also worth highlighting that the quality of the cotton is unmatched.

Very good models and fit of the clothing. Diesel has an excellent shopping experience overall.

Quality products and prompt delivery.

I love the fit to Diesel T-Shirts and Shirts. Staff very friendly and very helpful.
