Disappointing Quality and Unfair Customer Service Experience in Turkey
I purchased a t-shirt from a Diesel store in Turkey a few months ago, expecting the high quality and durability associated with the brand. Unfortunately, after just a few washes, the small printed Diesel logo on the front started peeling off.
I strictly followed the care instructions provided on the label and washed the garment at 30°C. Knowing I was not at fault, I brought the t-shirt back to the Diesel store in Turkey, where the staff agreed to send it to customer service for an inspection.
After waiting for a few weeks, the response came back claiming the issue was due to "user error." This is completely untrue and unacceptable. A logo should not peel off after following the manufacturer's exact washing instructions.
As a customer who paid a premium price expecting premium quality, I am extremely disappointed—not just by the product's poor quality, but by Diesel Turkey's refusal to take responsibility for a clear manufacturing defect.
I am sharing this experience to warn other prospective buyers globally and in Turkey. If you are considering buying from Diesel, be aware that their products may not hold up to basic washing routines, and their local customer service will likely blame you instead of fixing the issue. I strongly advise looking into alternative brands that actually stand behind their quality.
